Stone & Rail has become a popular spot for our office happy hour because of their Wing Wednesday promotion. Order at least 10 wings and it's 50 cents per. You can also get a couple different sauces and rubs, sweet chili have been my favorite. Drinks are made well and all bartenders are very attentive. They've started to add daily promotions so it seems like any day is a good one to go!

Amazing American fusion bar/restaurant that has amazing local beers on tap, a delectable tapas selection for appetizers, and a full dinner menu that makes it worth requiring a reservation for dining on site.

So, I ordered from door dash….. the dasher gets to the restaurant and the person she encountered told her that they did not get my order which was not true. They couldn’t fulfill the order apparently. Then they didn’t have the courtesy to pick up the phone when I called. The dasher told me that they “didn’t want” to pick up the phone. Horrible! I had to contact Door Dash to get my refund. Poor dasher wasted their time and gas to get to my order. There has to be a better way to communicate

Don't bother. There are so many choices in the area no need to suffer while eating your meal. Extremely noisy, food mediocre at best. When asked to lower the volume in the TV's we were told no. He said it would probably get louder. We should have walked out.

Service was poor. Food was delivered to us but our server never came back to check on us. we tried getting his attention multiple times to order more drinks but he was chatting it up with bartender. Once I finally got his attention to get us our check it took another 15- 20 minutes to bring it over. I would understand if he was running around to tables but we couldn’t even get him to look in our direction. All in all we were probably done with our food and drinks for 45 minutes before he ever came back. A shame because the atmosphere was pretty cool and the food wasnt bad.

Hands down the worst service i’ve ever gotten in my life. Started off by the extremely rude waiter not giving any menus. I was with a larger party and asked if we could move to somewhere with a bigger table, as they had us sit in two different tables. I would understand if that wouldn’t be possible, but I was immediately given a rude response. I ordered a shirley temple. It was poorly made very watered down. Definitely one of the worst shirley temples of my life. I ordered the 50 cent wings that they sell on Wednesdays which tasted absolutely horrendous. I asked for a napkin from the waiter and was ignored the first time. I ask for another napkin and he throws at me a rag that he keeps in his back pocket that is used for cleaning tables and wiping sauce. This is something that could’ve been reported to a health and safety department. I then reported this waiter to the manager, who was just as much of a jerk. He didn’t seem to care about the service. This is definitely the worst food and service i’ve ever gotten. I will never be coming back.

Seat could of been cleaned before we sat down luckily I caught it before my family sat down .. felt like a free for all .. waiter was a 10. Samatha .. great job .. my drink was weird in taste also my family had an issue with there’s .. probably drinking soap and jack ..

2 weeks ago, sat there for 25 minutes, no waitress/waiter in sight. Years ago, this place was great, not so much anymore. Hope they improve for their sake.

Please think twice about going to Stone & Rail in Glen Rock!I am a member of a social club and we held a couples kickoff event last night there. The general manager gave away the room we reserved days before without notice to us. He treated members of the club horrendously, calling them Morons and ignoring members who were trying to talk to him about the situation. He ultimately offered a discount for the inconvenience and then when the bill came “changed his mind” and did not discount the club. He was childish and irrational.The overall customer service and unprofessional behavior of the general manager should be reason enough to give your money to a different establishment.I personally will never go there again!

This review is to recount a recent experience with an individual at stone and rail who has soured a long standing relationship. Our contact “Kaz” who claimed throughout the night he was manager/consultant/bar back/owner (if it sounds confusing- it was) changed our pre-booked party room without notice. We were upset at the change and voiced our frustration. He agreed to give us a discount for the inconvenience. When we went to settle the bill, he refused to honor his statement from earlier in the evening and claimed he never said it (although multiple witnesses heard). This is just the tip of the ice berg around his lack of professionalism.It is unclear to Kaz’s exact role. Whatever it is, by no means did he display any measure of customer service. It was a horrendous experience and we, as well as all of our guests, will never be back.Response to restaurant: Once again you are continuing to fabricate lies. I have an email thread going back to August where I followed up time and again for a contract that you never sent. In fact, once I was able to pin you down on the phone, you complained how stressed and busy you were with the re-launch of the restaurant and asked if you could get the contract done when it was over (10 days later). I said that was fine as long as you could assure me we were reserved for the loft on our date. You gave me your word, which we learned counts for nothing. If anything, we accommodated your inability to do your job and to get contracts out in a timely manner. This is just a testament to your lack of professionalism. Whoever actually owns this restaurant should be embarrassed. This operation is disgraceful.Side note, we had 26 people attend last night. Last year we were 46 and just fine in the upstairs loft.

We went early on a Saturday, they tried to seat us at the bar when there was clearly open tables. They did seat us after we had to ask about open tables. We both ordered a glass of house Pinot Grigio and the waiter tried to sell us a full bottle of a more expensive wine. We didn't realize until the bill came that he brought us the more expensive, not the house wine. The difference was double the price. We both felt this was done on purpose and an upsale. We couldn't find our server to dispute the cost. This is the last time we'll be coming to the restaurant.
