“My husband is a cigar smoker along with my dad. I bought my dad cigars he really liked. So came back the next day. The woman not only remembered me and I bet they get many customers. She remembered brand down to the two types from the brand. She even remembered my husband’s brands as he came with me this time. Both visits she showed me each type that are close to shape my dad likes. We have gone to much bigger cigar stores but something about the small shop feel and made to feel welcome makes a big difference. Definitely our go to when it comes to cigars.”

I needed a dry herb vaporizer and the kid that works there, Memo, was of great help and he gave me a big discount because he stressed to me that there's so much competition and Vice City Smoke Shops main priority is that a customer is always happy when leaving through the door, and I for sure was happy when leaving.
