“Had the best first visit at Animal Dermatology Clinic! The receptionists are very sweet and accommodating on the phone when scheduling your initial appointment. Dr. Rebelo and Kelly were so amazing! I did not feel rushed at all and all of my questions were answered. Having a dog with a lot of health issues you constantly feel dismissed, but I didn’t feel that at all. Dr. Rebelo was very comprehensive and took his time explaining everything to me and all of my treatment options. Kelly adds on to the experience with her positive personality and empathy! I would highly recommend them to anybody!”

“We’ve now had our third visit to this office and can only say that add Catalina and the entire staff are compassionate, courteous, high knowledgeable and caring. Two weeks ago our Dutch bunny was acting “off” and being now 10 years young - that’s like 2 million in bunny years- we called the clinic for a check up. Although Dr Cataldis schedule was packed, he made accommodation to fit us in. What a lucky break. Had we not made the appointment we’d be having a different conversation. Turns out our bunny had a nasty gash on his privates which had gotten infected, was inflamed and obviously extremely painful. The Dr and staff cleaned , disinfected and treated the nasty wound with prescient great care. We left with the needed meds and supplies to maintain a regimen and within 24 hours our bunny was back in business.
Long review- yes, but needed to explain how even went above and beyond to accommodate us and help heals our small family member. The cost was very reasonable and since then we’ve had one follow up and have another scheduled soon for a final check.
Outstanding in every way!

“I have been coming to Pets Aloud for many years now. Today I took my dog in for an exam. From scheduling to the time we left the office, the staff is always polite, engaging and knowledgeable. Today I met a new veterinarian, Dr Gadino. He was so nice to talk to, great with my dog, very knowledgeable, and thorough. He spent a lot of time with us and answered our question or concerns, and gave my dog a complete check up. As always the price for the services you get are very reasonable. I’ll continue taking my dogs here. If I could give it more stars - I would.”
“I had a first time visit to Ramapo Valley Animal Hospital for a well check on a new cat I had adopted. From the moment I walked in the experience was pleasant, and everyone seemed eager to help. From the receptionist to the techs, they made me feel very much at ease. Dr. Katara was wonderful. He took the time to explain all sorts of things about the cat. I had explained that I hadn’t had a cat in over 40 years and was essentially a newbie.
I will be bringing my cat back to this office. I would highly recommend them.”
“I have a French Bulldog. French Bulldogs are kind of like the Range Rover of the dog world—they’re something of a status symbol despite a reputation of having a design that is not terribly robust. They are overpriced, high maintenance, and expensive to fix. If you were to add up the number of vets, specialists, and surgeons my 6.5 year-old Frenchie has seen, the number would be in the double digits, including a Bulldog breed specialist in Orange County, CA. I offer this to you as context; when I say Dr. Glennon at New Bridge Veterinary Practice sets the standard for veterinary care, it is not without numerous relative comparisons. Dr. Glennon has provided better dermatological care than the board certified dermatologist with the fancy office who charges 3 times as much. She’s handled post operative care for complications from a surgery that she did not perform. She’s cleaned teeth, performed skin biopsies and called in prescriptions on holidays. I’ve left her office after an extensive visit, and she’s called me later that night (after hours) with another treatment option she had thought of since we had left. I could talk ad nauseam about her experience and technical proficiency (both of which are vast), but what really sets Dr. Glennon apart from other vets is how much she cares. I truly get the feeling that she treats my dog the way she would one of her own. And for what its worth, she provided the same care for my wife’s family dog, who was not a cute, friendly French Bulldog, but a monster of a Shiba Inu who never met a vet he didn’t want to bite. She showed him a level of compassion, patience and understanding that quite frankly he did not deserve. That’s just who Dr. Glennon is. One time she got on the ground, grabbed the sides of my dog's face, and kissed him right on the mouth, for no particular reason. In summation, if you’ve made it this far into my rambling review and you still have reservations—don’t… you can’t go wrong with Dr. G. I plan on having dogs until the day I die, and I know they will be in the best hands possible, until the day that she retires.”

“My cat, Max, scares easily and doesn’t like being around new people. It takes her a long time to warm up to people. But Dr. Parker and the vet tech were so amazing and sweet that Max warmed up to them instantly. Their suggestions to treat Max’s issue also worked great. I highly recommend them.
Update:
This past December, our Max crossed the rainbow bridge during a routine visit to Dr. Parker’s office. She did everything to save her but it wasn’t possible. The only reason I held it together at the office was because Dr. Parker reassured me it wasn’t my fault and it was just Max’s time. It’s been the most difficult time for our family, made easier by Dr. Parker’s kindness and compassion. What’s surprising is she didn’t charge us anything for all she did to save Max. We’ll never forget what she did for us during the darkest day of our lives ❤️”

“Both Dr. Katz and Dr. Dziedzic are phenomenal vets who are thorough and compassionate in their care. They always took the time to address my concerns at the end of a visit, I never felt rushed, and they were willing to work within my limited budget.
My cat had an undiagnosable case of seizures (don't know the root cause), and Drs Katz & Dziedzic worked together for 5 years to help make sure we managed the condition. I will always be grateful for their consideration! I would have continued coming here if I didn't move.
Tests can be pricey (for example you can get free or discounted vaccines at other places), but the pricing is fairly standard, and I was willing to pay for the quality of service.”

“I wanted to express my thanks for the patience, kindness, humor, and love with which you treated our dog, Amber, during her bout with ear infections and an elevated level in her liver. My little darling was impossible. She would growl, squirm, and refuse treatment both at home and at your office. Dr. Moore and Amy were absolutely wonderful with a difficult dog in an impossible situation. They were confident that we would not need to sedate Amber and used a calming room, gentle encouragement, and firm restraint to get Amber the help she needed. I feel like we have our dog back, both physically and emotionally.

“We just switched to Packanack Animal Hospital and we could not be happier. I called them on a Saturday morning, desperately hoping they could see us, because our cat was clearly not feeling well. They were fully booked, but the person at the front desk said they would do their best to fit us in, and that they would call us back either way to let us know. We received a call a short time later telling us to bring our cat in. From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable. The separate waiting room was a huge plus for a nervous cat! The vet tech, Victoria, was so friendly and caring and she put us right at ease, and Dr. Gonzaga was AMAZING. When it was determined that a dental procedure under anesthesia would be needed, the office went above and beyond to get our cat in as soon as possible, which was so appreciated because he was clearly in pain.
The day of the procedure went so smoothly and the staff explained exactly what to expect. After the exam, Dr. Gonzaga called us and gave us a thorough explanation of what she had found, and when I went to pick our cat up, I was once again given clear and thorough instructions for at-home care.
Words cannot express how thankful we are that we found this office. They are truly exceptional!”
