I waited less than five minutes and a woman named Christine came out to help with my request. She was extremely friendly and so helpful! She was so kind and It felt as if I had known her for years. “This is not a bank, folks. So don’t expect cash transactions. Sheesh. I visit this office at least once a month to deposit money using CHECKS. Transactions are always handled quickly and accurately.I have several accounts. My advisor at this particular office has always taken the time to explain various options to me and complete purchases quickly. If you are upset about losing money, perhaps you should consider lower risk investments.”

“No complaints. My local branch prints ATM cards. My card number was compromised,and the mobile banking system put a hold on my card.It would have taken 3-5 business days to receive a new one. Luckily, my bank printed one out in about 10 mins. 3-5 business days is a long time during the Christmas season.”

“I'm a new customer at the PNC Bank. So far very pleased and very satisfied with their service. Even the inside things moved very quickly and you were in and out in no time. They have a outside drive-thru ATM and a second one in the lobby. That's what's nice if one machine's down the others up. They also have this cool new feature called the virtual wallet which I recommend”
