I was recently gifted a new GE gas oven. I hooked it up, but it sounded like the gas flow was a bit louder than normal. I called another appliance repair company initially and they wouldn't even come out to look at my stove because it wasn't brand new, and I had hooked it up to the gas source myself. The tech from Johnnie's was professional, courteous, offered additional helpful tips, and most importantly, he didn't make me feel like an idiot. Worth the service fee for peace of mind and a pleasant interaction. 10/10 would recommend.

Called to schedule service for speed queen washer I bought from them several years ago. The gentlemen told me that they were sort techs and didn't service my area but gave me the number of another service. He also explained to me that my washer may be under warranty. Explained how to find the date and how to register the washer if I hadn't already done so. He also provided all the phone numbers to get the washer fix if it was under warranty. Very helpful and informative

How can you say your open n your nor even open. I just drove a 1/2hr to 45 minutes to come n get a part for my dryer n wasted my gas n your store is closed. No more business from this person that's for sure. Wasted trip.

They no longer sell parts but told me where to go for parts including fon# n location. Great customer service with a smile.

Don't buy from them they sell you merchandise and when or if you have problems with it will not do anything to fix the problem not good customer service at all. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

I'm a service plumber. Sometimes customers call me to repair their appliances which I am not qualified for. I always refer them to johnny's and the customers tell me that it was a great experience As far as price and workmanship.
