I stopped into the Gloucester City branch on my way from work and was helped by Meghna. She resubmitted my name change and even escalated the issue. Not even an hour after leaving the bank, Meghna called to tell me that my name had been updated. I greatly appreciate the help she provided and am happy she was able to rectify the situation.”

I have been there while she has had to help people with problems and she always helps them. I have had no problems since BB&T changed to Truist. The change was easy. I also use the branch in Mullica Hill and going there has worked well too. The tellers there are also good and I’m sure they could help with any problem but as I said initially Carol is exceptional.”
