Very rude was in drive thru for 5 minutes while there was car infront of me at the drive thru pharmacy I pulled up on to the window they rudely shut the window like I get lunch time but have some customer service and respect and use communication shut the window and said nothing at all will not be using this pharmacy only got this pharmacy 3 days ago and nothing but issues told me my medicine would be ready Friday, then said Saturday then said Sunday then was very rude

I’ve had several encounters here of my time being wasted on the account of the pharmacy. The first time I was told my prescription wouldn’t take long to fill so I patiently waited until I noticed a lot of time passed and people were leaving. I then got up to ask the lady who told me it wouldn’t be long and she proceeds to tell me they didn’t have it and I’d have to come back. I didn’t understand why she would continue to let me sit there and why I had to ask her for an update when she already had one. And Sunday I went, I wasn’t aware of the time they closed. So I wait in line, get to the front and ask if they needed my insurance card per the message I got earlier. She then tells me yes but they can’t do it right now as the computers are about to shut off. I waited in line for 15+ minutes just to get to the front and be told I can’t add my insurance. Yes I take full accountability for going at the time I did but also I am not a frequent pharmacy flyer so I had no idea. They could’ve communicated that they were closing soon and I would’ve gladly saved my time and came back another day. Be aware of this pharmacy, they don’t communicate well and will leave you frustrated. Take your meds to Walmart for no hassle.

Picked up a script today. Right medicine right doctor, but it was put in someone else’s name . His complete address including phone number, all of his insurance information. In my opinion very sloppy work . I called them this morning just to bring their attention to the mistake. Just trying to help them and bring the error to their attention that is exactly what I told the girl. It was just a courtesy call. I gain nothing by making this call. She was shocked . She told me she needed me to bring the medicine back. I told her the medication, doctor info were all correct, but they attached someone else’s insurance info to the meds. She said but it’s not in the correct name. She said I have to create a profile for your husband. HmI told her I know that which I why I called you. Hmmm HIPPA laws. I have someone’s personal information now . She said I need you to bring it back to the store. I said not going to happen. Your problem you created, you fix it. She hung up on me. So professional.

Employee said to re-order more photos to get the deal running, came back 2 days later and the manager said I’d have to re-order again to get the deal. Manager refused to put in the coupon code for me even though I followed the directions from the other employee. Their website says they honor online coupon codes. Huge waste of my time and their resources.

Occasionally items that are listed online that mentioned they are out of stock sometimes they are in stock in the store and vice versa but other than that CVS is great!

Horrible pharmacy! I went to get my medicine on 12/14/23. They gave me the wrong pills so I brought them back and the pharmacist said he would order the correct ones and let me know when they arrive. After two weeks of waiting and they still don't have them I transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens across the street. Then I could not get my medication because cvs had billed my insurance for a 3 month supply that I had given back to them that same day. I went there today to get it fixed and the tech Petra S was rude and acting as if I am lying. The medication is Losartan and I use it to protect my kidneys because I have chronic kidney disease. She was acting as if it was a narcotic or something. Then she called the insurance in front of me or what I thought was my insurance company and told me it was fixed. I wait two hours before going to Walgreens only to be told it was still being denied. I call my insurance and I am told she never did the reversal so now I'm unsure of who she called. My insurance had to call the cvs to get the issue resolved in order for me to get my pills. Save yourself the hassle, frustration and irritation and just go to Walgreens across the street.

I'm not sure what happened to this pharmacy, but they are consistently unorganized and rude. Customer service is definitely a thing of the past. There is some type of disconnect with this location and how they receive prescriptions from doctors. TheyALWAYS claim they don't receive the prescription, yet the doctors claim they have confirmation it was received. Doctors always have to call the pharmacy to get the prescription filled. Other customers and neighbors say they go through the same drama every other month or so. When you are sick trying to deal with cancer, you should not have to go back and forth with the pharmacy regarding receiving prescriptions and constantly bridging the gap between pharmacist and doctors!! It's just ridiculous and so uncaring. Again, they can be quite rude and damn right irate.
