Mr. Bao was the tax professional who started my return up until it was time to go over fees and signatures. He said he would be charging $260 then tried negotiating a lower price after I told him I was no longer interested in filing with him anymore because that seemed very high for my simple tax situation. My return was a simple return, no dependents, w-2 worker. There is no reason I should be paying $260. He then said he could lower the price to $180 instead and at that point, I felt like I was just being taken advantage of and I ended up filing online with my online representative via H&R and it only cost $114 in total!!! $37 for state $37 for federal $40 for the online tax professional to review before I sent it to the IRS. Do not go to Albert!!!! He will rip you off because I don't know where the hell he got $260 from!!!!!

Did my taxes improperly and overall was a headache, someone else more experienced did end up fixing the issue (after various messages that went unanswered) but for the amount they charge not the experience I expected. I was told I would get a refund, but they only refunded me 1/3 the total amount paid for my filing. Overall, I would recommend going elsewhere to have your taxes handled.
