Went in for iPad repair and ended with more issues . Simple screen repair turned into 4 long months of no answers and waiting followed by broken screen, home button, and still no answers. After repair I brought it home to put a case on like instructed and the screen was lifted where it was “fixed” and I was told it wouldn’t be flat for whatever reason. The case applies pressure and causes all applications to open. I contacted shop immediately and was ignored. The repair was already paid for in advance as well as offered more money for the repair to be done properly.

I went to the store 10:00am door was locked says ring doorbell I did so and no reply I came back at 10:30 am so I know they are open still no reply I called twice and no reply I may know why u did not get a reply but there may be other reasons if im proved other wise my review will remain as it is

This business is a hidden gem! I've had laptops, printers & even a cell phone fixed here! The work was done in a timely manner AND for far less money than a big box store or those places in the mall that repair phones. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the owner is GOOD & takes pride in his work.
