Scam got the diagnosis wrong so I’d have to keep coming back for more work. Couldn’t even drive it out of the shop before it broke down, an issue like that doesn’t just go unnoticed they did it on purpose or they’re terrible at their jobs

Did muffler delete on my vehicle with pipes that bolt right up. Did not adjust/align exhaust tips. Heat started to warp rear bumper since exhaust was touching...had to pay to get it redone elsewhere. Staff is super nice but the guy that does the exhaust work seems to not like his job or care about quality of work. No compensation offered and had to keep pushing out an appointment when I requested to get it fixed.

Took one car in for a simple tune up; so I thought. Needed a cracked oil pan replaced, spark plugs and coils replaced. Gave them the okay. Fast forward couple months when my car stops working. Get it towed to them because of their “warranty” come to find out never replaced my cracked oil pan, so fine paid to put in a new one, 2 days later my car quits again, open the hood to a toll being left under my hood, my connector being broke and so back it went they said it was nothing they did and blamed the wires, back and forth I went for days! Finally just wanted my car back. Go to get my car not only did they leave a tool for the SECOND time, the left a huge dent in my brand new hood, wouldn’t take account for it; broke a plastic piece under my hood as well and again didn’t take account for it, in between all this before anything happen I took my other car there for again simple breaks, rotors, and bearings. THREE times. They couldn’t seem to get it right in the middle of all that they broke my ABS sensor, tried to say they didn’t after telling me they did, then they also broke the traction sensor. Finally figured that out. They also like to touch your personal belongings like unplugging your dash cam! So back and forth with the owner for month or so and nothing is being done for the damages to my first car, went to the better business bureau already and will be takeing it further because they are doing damage to peoples cars and getting away with it! Uncalled for Moe! Make it right!

Had a great experience with this place when my car was misfiring. Reasonable pricing, prompt service, and a professional line of communication will make them a first option for future repairs if/when they’re needed!

So heres a long review. Probably the longest ive ever written. Ill start off first with saying I always work on all my own stuff. So it's hard for me to take my truck to a shop. But I know my limits. I needed my air conditioning done in my diesel pickup. Couldn't figure out why i couldnt get it to work. The truck isn't the easiest to work on due to the lift, and the weight. But the guys here didn't even hesitate. I made the appointment online but something happened and the shop itself never got it. But they still put me right in and tackled my needs. I waited for the ac to be charged and off I went. 2 days went by and my air wasn't cold at all. The shop sent me a text for a follow up and the proceeded to give me a call to get me to bring it back in. Brought it in the same day once again without hesitation. Found out what the issue was and I needed a part which I already replaced and under warranty. They didn't try to upsell any other parts or anything like that which is super honorable. They let me get the part and replaced for me and charged system once again. So far so good with everything. I'm not one for a brand name shop, I like the mom and pop shops, but these guys are welcoming and attended to all my needs and gained a new customer for life. I dealt with haas who is the shop manager. Super down to earth guy and we definitely developed a work relationship and ill be bringing more of my vehicles here in the future. Im not sure why im seeing the negative reviews here cause every customer I seen here the 3 times I was here were all taken care of. So my recommendation is ignore those and give the shop if you need service done. Quick turn around and always updated on work!

Went to Meineke for a/c service. Meineke told me that the a/c belt broke. I picked up new belt from Chevrolet dealership and delivered to Meineke. Meineke then said freon too was low at .3. Meineke charged me $350 to install the a/c belt and for freon service. I never felt cold air driving home after the service and I called Meineke. The manager (Hass?) told me to bring the vehicle back the following day (Saturday) and I did. Hass did not work on Saturday. The guy attending to customers then told me, after inspecting the vehicle, that the new a/c belt obtained from the dealer the previous day (Friday) broke. I called the Chevy dealership and I was told that the belt cannot break except if it broke during installation. Meineke refused to accept responsibility and asked me to pay for another a/c belt and labor to install. On Friday when Meineke told me that the freon was at .3, I was surprised because I had freon service a year or so ago on the vehicle. so the Manager called the shop to pull the freon back out from my van (Chevrolet van). I discussed with him further and told him to leave the freon on the vehicle if they already had it in the vehicle. He then called out to the shop again to leave the freon in the vehicle It looks like the new a/c belt broke during the technician’s back and forth with the freon. I find it unconscionable for Meineke to ask me to pay for a new belt, which I eventually agreed to, and then later asked to pay for labor installation for a belt that broke during installation the prior day. The belt apparently broke during installation because the a/c did not blow cold air for one second after they allegedly fixed it on Friday.
If this matter is not resolved by Monday, I intend to file suit against Meineke at small claims court as well as file complaint with the New Jersey state attorney general consumer affairs department. I encourage people who felt ripped off by this outfit to go to the New Jersey Attorney General’s website, Consumer Affairs, and file a complaint.
