Had such a great experience today. An excellent conversation and assistance from Tess in the fitting room. Then Zack was so kind and saw me struggling to carry my things and provided me a bag. Then lastly I checked out with Marissa who was the manger and she was so kind. Overall the best experience shopping here.

Great customer service super fast and efficient. Employees are very kind and helpful. They have so many great options here especially for Jeans, there are many wonderful discounts for every category. The area is very clean and organized, definitely recommend shopping here 👌 Will definitely come again!

They will not honor online prices. Why shop in store if online is less expensive? I recently bought some items only to find out they were discounted online. In order to get the discount I have to return the items and then buy them again online. I spoke to customer service and called the store and both held firm on this issue. It’s a shame because the store is so nice but I don’t know why I would ever shop there again.

The women's athletic section is very limited. The store is clean, and associates are great, but the selection of clothing seems like the same styles from 2 years ago.

HORRIBLE customer service. Time on website says open till 7pm. Got to store 458pm. Was turned away by an ignorant sales person saying registers already turned off for inventory and they are closed. I tried to explain that we were there to only return pants that are marked the wrong size. She didn't even let me finish and dismissed us. I will NEVER shop here again and will be sure to spread the word to anyone who will listen.

The store shelves were way over loaded, it was difficult to sort through it all and see what they had. It’s a good thing we didn’t need help because the staff were busy standing around and talking with each other.We went in there for shorts and polo shirts for my husband but they didn’t have either. We did find some clothes for my granddaughter which I thought were a bit pricey, the t-shirts were the only thing I thought were a good deal.It was difficult to navigate the store with my scooter because it was a really tight fit.
