One of the worst store experiences I have ever had. The employees are incredibly rude, act like you do not exist, and when you ask for assistance, you are treated like your money isn't green and they can not be bothered with you.

This has to be the worst store in the outlet. No one says a word to you, the employees are rude and all they know how to do is stand around complaining about their personal lives. Please do better, anytime I think I want to buy something I end up putting it down and just leaving

Was changing in one of your changing rooms towards closing on July 31st. There were no signs saying that the changing rooms were closed, nor were there employees by the changing rooms tagging people in. Other customers were walking into the unlocked changing rooms to try on clothing, as I was.
There was a male employee who knocked and proceeded to open the door to my changing room as I was undressed. Noticing the door open, I said, "I'm in here. I'm changing". Despite this, the door- which was 3/4 of the way open- was continuing to open, so I grabbed it and closed it after saying again, "Excuse me! I'm in here! I'm changing".
Rather than apologizing, he said, "We're closing. You really shouldn't be in there" in a tone that was the exact opposite of apologetic. **There was still more than 15 minutes to closing.**
He then proceeded to talk to his coworker in the same annoyed tone, asking her if the changing rooms had been reopened. He then said, "Those rooms shouldn't be open", and was talking to her rather disrespectfully and blaming this matter on her. If he had just been courteous and had listened when he knocked or at least apologized for walking in on me when I was shirt-and-pantsless, this review wouldn't exist.
Additionally, I was in the store for at least thirty minutes, and people were walking in and out of those changing rooms the entirety of that time; so, it's to my belief that the changing rooms were never locked.
I also heard the same male employee complaining about things customers do, saying "Why do they move things around like that? It's just making things harder for us". Complaining to your coworkers is fine. I do it all the time. I do question the training that employees at this store have, though, since that conversation about customers who'd just left the store was being had in the vicinity of customers still in the store.
I feel rather violated by his actions and am appalled at his lack of courtesy and basic respect. I've worked in customer service for half a decade and understand wanting to rush to close. Yes, everyone has lives outside of work that they want to get to. Yes, I understand that people coming in during the last half hour that you're open can be annoying. Even if bro was having a bad day, what I experienced during my visit to this pacsun left me feeling kinda gross. One star, would not want to see that guy again.

Probably the worst customer service I ever experienced. African American supervisor was rude to customers by being short and walking away mid sentence and no eye contact. Cashier had the same attitude. Not sure if that is the culture for the store but they will not be receiving any of my business again.

Drove all the way here from Philly because i received a wrong item off my online order. I literally called yesterday to ask if i could return item to this location and they said yes on the phone. Well i drove to the location today and was declined my return before i could even explain what happened. Definitely a waste of time taking this 45 min drive.

This store could not do anything right. Everything I picked up on discount was priced wrong and not honored. Jacket with a 9.99 sticker - nope 39.99. Shorts with a 3.99 sticker - nope 9.99. Hoodie with no price tag on the buy one get 2 free rack - they looked up how much it was being sold for on a resale site and made a tag for that price - $89. And the jeans they didn’t have in my size I ordered online in the store for the correct size to be shipped to my house - they sent me the same size they had in store - a size 22 when I’m a size 27. There’s no way I can squeeze my thighs into a size 22. Absolute waste of my time going to this store and now I have to waste more time returning these pants that are 13 year old size

Standing in line with my 12 years Olds and three young employees cursing and talking derogatory... straight ignorant and disgusting
Their parents obviously taught them nothing and the owner/manager needs to restaff

Allot cheaper then the Pac Sun's that are in the mall. You can get a great deal on their clothes here.
