In for tires and oil change on 2005 Civic. Set up appointment with Chris. New exact price for service before bringing vehicle into
shop. Vehicle was service the next day
Chris informed me that my battery was showing reduce
power. Wasn't surprised since the battery is older than it should be. There was no pressure to replace battery immediately. Vehicle rides much smoother when tires are not 14 years old, even on Pep Boys most reasonable tires.
I will definitely have my vehicle serviced at this location again when the need arises.

The Blackwood location was very efficient and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I was able to be served with them! The associate Chris and the manager who was on staff for the day did an amazing job accommodating me when I needed assistance. I definitely would be coming back if I need more car services.

When it comes to putting customers first this place is number 1. The team here was ever so excellent! They helped me in a tight spot. They made sure safety to me and my car always comes first.
