“We went in for wild bird food, the prices are a little high but still competitive. They have more for cats than anywhere else we went. Got our kitty a toy and some food. Handicapped accessible, the store is bigger on the inside than what it looks like on the outside. We talked to the owner and he was very nice and helpful.”

“My puppy hates having his nails trimmed so when Jill from Ahead Of The Pack said she could help, we booked in immediately. She was able to see our dog at short notice, was ready for us as soon as we walked in, and said that doing a full groom and nail trim was super easy with him so she must’ve done something right to keep him calm! Such a relief now knowing I don’t have to do the trims myself and can bring him back here. Thanks Jill!”

“I took my Shorkie there for grooming for the 1st time . We used a different groomer before and I wasn't happy and she struggled with my dog being too lovable and young . This will be our new spot . It was like walking in to a family member's house with super friendly staff . My baby was groomed by Mike who she took to immediately. She was done quickly and came out looking fantastic and smelling amazing!! If this wasn't enough she was happy ! She wasn't stressed and came home able to eat and play . Cannot say enough about the service she received today. Mike was great!!”

“Went in today after passing by it for a few months. Very happy I did. Staff were super friendly even introducing me to a few animals that were on location and the store is chock full of food, treats, toys, and equipment for all types of pets. Staff were openly playing with and talking to the animals on location in an endearing and caring manner which is certainly a positive to see. Def going back highly recommend.”

Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable who helped us pick out some cool leather coral frags, red branch sponge, which I've never seen available for purchase, and a beautiful powder blue tang. “Every since I lost my first dog, Mr. Bello Bello, to cancer, I have been researching wellness for dogs and what to feed them. So when I adopted Soju and Jin from Korean K9, I wholeheartedly embraced their raw food diet. One of the brands they suggested was Volhard to mix in with the protein, and our dogs LOVE IT.I call it "seasoning" for the dogs since they can't get enough of the supplements and the veggie pack. Soju and Jin both are full of energy, their fur/coats look beautiful, and their vet commends their health :)On another note, on a recent order, UPS messed up the shipment and sent the order to my old address. I emailed Volhard and Brenda took care of me right away. She was able to file a claim and sent a new shipment to my current home. This level of customer service needs to be appreciated more because she didn't have to send a new order for me. We need to support brands like Volhard!”

“They always have friendly staff and a good selection. Not often when I go are shelves empty. I can find cat food brands and flavors that aren’t elsewhere. I also rescued a cat from them, as they partner with Voorhees Animal Shelter. It was an easy process, everyone was friendly and helpful. The Petsmart staff took good care of the cats that were there waiting to be adopted. 4 not 5 stars because some things like toys / accessories are pricey.”

“I went to this shop with my husband and my daughter in attempt to get some fishes. Our last (and first ever) Betta fish died after a few months and we were trying to understand why as we did everything that we have been told at another pet shop.The fish lady was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. She helped us so much during this process, didn't try to over sale anything that we didn't need, just explaining us taking her time and told us to come back once we set up everything correctly. I am so grateful for this lady who helped us without lying to get us to buy stuff. Will definitely only go to this shop for no on!!Refreshing!!”

They take such incredible care of my dog. She always comes back looking perfect and happy as can be. They're all wonderful, but Susan is exceptional!!”
