“I brought my car in Saturday morning to get the brakes checked out & Keith knew our other car was waiting at another shop for the transmission to be fixed, so I was a little stressed. What could've been a lousy weekend with no car at all (he needed to get a part that would be in on Monday), turned into a call from him at 2:30 saying my car was done, the part came in! It wasn't just that the car was done and I knew I would make it to work on time Monday, it was the manner in which it was handled. I was in the waiting room and Keith came to sit with me to give me the news that I would have to wait until Monday to get the car fixed. Not a call to the front desk to give the bad news. I got a ride home from one of the guys there, and if needed someone would've come to get me Monday morning when the car was done, I did not have to arrange for a ride there. Keith and team have had my loyalty for many years and this just cemented why. Not just for the quality of the work but for the way they treat their customers.”
