I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.
Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”

“I brought my car here. They got it back to me in exactly 2 weeks. The estimated time was 3 weeks so I was very happy about that. They are extremely responsive on the phone. The work came out PHENOMENAL. My paint is perfect. I can’t even tell there was a huge fender bender. All my panels were put back properly and my goodness the detail they gave was great. They even cleaned my engine bay. I would definitely bring my car back here. They worked my insurance no problem the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend this body shop.”

In a time when customer service often feels cold and impersonal, the team at Acme truly stands out. They treated me with genuine courtesy and care, which made an otherwise stressful situation much easier.
I dropped my car off on Monday and had it back by Friday—fully repaired and looking beyond my expectations. The quality of the work was simply excellent. On top of that, I mentioned an unrelated issue with my interior dashboard, and they fixed it beautifully, making it look brand new—and refused to charge me for it. I was honestly amazed.
