“Good old-fashioned service station: I needed to get air in my tires, which takes four quarters (naturally, I only had 3). I went to get change, unfortunately, I only had a $20 on me. The manager smiled & handed me a quarter out of his own pocket.
Afterwards, as a courtesy, I went ahead and got gas (even though I already had a nearly full tank).
I will gladly go here again.”

“I especially appreciated the service provided by Brandon, the onsite representative—his support was excellent. The only area for improvement was regarding the fuel policy. I was informed that the vehicle did not need to be returned with a full tank and that I could refill it to the same level upon return, which was a bit tricky. As a result, I ended up filling the tank completely, leading to unnecessary extra fuel costs for me.
Aside from that, the overall service was great. I will definitely be choosing Enterprise again in the future. I have been renting from your facility for over five years now, which speaks volumes about your service quality. Thank you for the great service ?”

“my car was broken I went with another rental company they took long time and preferences for their regular customers then I fed up because I have to go to work than I call auto tem within 5 minutes he sent a message to send details about me like id,ins,email next 10 minutes I signed up my agreement and get the car right away I prefer for another car without any hesitation they gave me another one. I am very much comfortable with them and the car is also well maintained and quality one. I might called 10 times a day not even one time they didn't upset on me all the time they talk politely answered me. please encourage them like this company instead of big companies. “I have to say, this is a business place, not a drama factory like the other company. In the las couople of months I have had to rent a vehicle a couple of times, both were a disaster with the other company, making a reservation, getting there and ending up walking back to my place. At Avis, not even five minutes after arriving I am on the road with my rental, it says something.”

“Very happy and pleased with my purchase. I bought my Chevy Traverse from this dealership in December of 2021, it's been 13 months and the vehicle hasn't giving me any issues yet. Car was presentable and clean when I got there and I didn't even tell them I was coming. I had to negotiate the price because the car was in need of new tires which Jose understood and I believe I got a good deal. Vehicle had 102k miles on it but after test driving it I know it was a solid car. Thank you Jose for helping me get a nice comfortable and so far reliable car.”

I find Jeff and Cindy professional, extremely helpful and accommodating.
My last rental kept getting extended upwards of two weeks due to car issues.
All I did was email them advising I still needed the car.
They were so agreeable and fantastic. My car after diagnostics was shot so I had to buy a new one. Stressful? Yes, but their patience and ability to accommodate me got me through! I still had to get to work

“This location is a Budget/Avis rental location. They do truck, van and car rentals. Staff here are helpful and knowledgeable. Most rentals these days are done online so usually you’re just coming in to pick up the vehicle and sign some paperwork. Make sure to check double check hours of operation online to ensure this location is open. We’ve rented multiple vehicles from this location and never had any issues, well except for their electric class vehicle (Volvo polestar) is really just not up to par as other electric models such as Tesla or Ford models even. Worth a trip but save time at the counter by booking online first!!!”

I rented a 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer for a week, and the vehicle was beautiful and well-maintained. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated the added convenience of being picked up.

“Avis North Plainfield provided great service from start to finish. Jason was great! My family and I need a 12-15 passenger van for our family vacation to Myrtle Beach and Jason really helped us out. He was professional, courteous, friendly and even helped my aunt and I save on the best deal. The vehicle was also very clean and ready to go upon picking it up. I had no issues returning the van once we got back, everything was fine. I would definitely go back to see Jason over at Avis if I have any future rental needs! “I have rented 2 SUVs from Budget Car Rental Route One Edison. First was July 2025. Enterprise refused to rent me SUV to Canada, Budget did not.
Recently, needed SUV for vacation to TN. Got an excellent deal 25% off for early booking. Drove a 2025 Grand Highlander - fun drive. Excellent experience.
P.S. Enterprise is 10 minutes walk with pickup service. Guess who has my business ;)”
