I went there for the mounting of the new tires that I ordered online. The service team mounted the tires inside out. What a pathetic service. If someone comes to a Dealership - he has the belief that the people over there are knowledgeable and know in and out of the car and its parts - but here it is all opposite. They mounted it inside out. I dont know how this can be missed by technician when the tires were marked clearly what should be inside and what shouldn't. This caused me missing on my official trip and money. Now they offered to get this mistake corrected - but all this time - I have lost my faith and my money as well. They didnt even utter a single word of apology and just like - come tomorrow and we will fix it. Surely never gonna recommend this to anyone.

They told me it would take 1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment. After 3 hours, I saw my car come down the ramp and there it sat for another 20 minutes until I went to the front desk and had them track down my invoice so I could finally get out of there. I have used Crystal previously and never had to wait so long.

2 hours to change a tire! This place seriously sucks. Service takes a ridiculous amount of time. If you want a place that actually services your car and treats you like a client rather than a burden, take your business somewhere else.

I brought my mother car from Crystal Mall Auto. so did she go back and forth to her cancer treatments . however I bought the car I thought it was brand new, but I found out that the car that they sold me that was supposed to be brand new was really used. since that I have put in $20,000 plus into the car. be very careful when you buy a car from them because if is new it may not be new at all coming from Crystal Mall Auto. wouldn't buy a horse or a cart from these people.

I wish they had a zero. Stay away from this place. They have lying down to a science. I made an appt. with Eduardo. Or maybe Armando. I think they were the same person. They said he was off. Well actually working with other customers. Said the car I was going to test drive was MIA. Which mean it never existed. Said it was sold last night. No this morning. No not their car. The lying was overkill. They said they sell enough cars didn't need my business. Had a sexist attitude because I was a female. Got loud with me. I've never seen anything like it. Wanted to talk to me outside so prospective suckers wouldn't hear me. I'm waiting to hear from Corporate. They need to know why I am going to purchase a different make of car. I know salesmen are bottom feeders, but these guys were literally the worst I've ever seen. They claimed I was lying about car, even though I had a screenshot with dealers name on it. I traveled 2 hours. I purposely called to confirm yesterday to see if car was there. Just go anywhere else. I can't imagine how they screw people over with price. What a way to earn a living,

DON'T GO THERE... LIARSWaste of time and nerves. They give you a great offer over the phone, after they give you even better price at the office, and when you are ready to buy a car, sales manager tells you that it was a mistake and miscommunication at their department. And 5 minutes later that price grows even higher. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

CROOKS!!!! I wasted my time and money(day off,car rental,gas), but I learned how they play you. It's like good and bad policeman but there is a stupid salesman and a "smart" manager. Salesman is giving numbers that you like to see and then ,when you ready to buy the car ,appears "smart "manager with totally different numbers)).Well, psychologically smart moves , when customer already mentally driving his car))) push him to pay more!!!Bravo . So folks stay away from Crystal Mazda!

(Posting this review late...this happened back around Feb 2020)Test drove a RAV4 at Crystal Toyota. I wanted to test drive a CX5 as well.... but they said only one test drive per day and that they can make me an appointment for the additional test drive. Who has heard of such a thing?? Aren't you in the business of selling cars? I'd like to test drive them before deciding and buying one. They FINALLY agreed to two test drives in 1 day, as if it was such a favor to me - I've never heard of such a thing and they just weren't that friendly.

I had a wonderful car buying experience. Kelvin and Amr went above and beyond their duties to make me happy. They were efficient, professional, and knowledgeable . They did not rush or put pressure on me like other places do. I am so happy:)

I was satisfied with the price of my Mazda 6. They also asked if I wanted to finance and said they would reduce price by $1000. I said yes and paid off the car in one payment.Saved $1000.Nice
