pharmacy staff embarrassed my girlfriend when asking for an over-the-counter drug. employees told her they wouldn’t ring her up in the back of the store when she politely asked them multiple times. last time i’m ever here if i need something unless from medimerge. i recommend going to walgreen’s close by on 22 for everyday needs.

If you visit Medemerge or any doctors office and prescribed medication/s, don't use this CVS pharmacy because you have to wait 5-6 hours to get your medicine. You better just send your prescribed medicine to other CVS pharmacy and drive 10-15 minutes but get your medicine right away

It is obvious that management does not read or care about the reviews. With the rating this place has you think they would make improvements. Same story, pharmacy was closing for lunch so all employees can eat together. What business operates like that? So as I stood there and told they were closing for lunch. Would have taken an additional 60 seconds to get my script. But it just confirms that customers do not come first. I can understand now why so many are using their insurances mail in options. Sounds like a plan!

Black lady with dreads incredibly rude for absolutely no reason! My mom goes to CVS all the time for her prescription yet this lady “couldn’t find her account” then she said “ she had to make a new acocunt” she was just looking for reasons to be complicated! Next she said my coupon from the prescription purchase I just made with her wasn’t working though it clearly popped up on the screen and when I went to the front to pay for the same exact items it worked perfectly fine! She was one of those people who wanted to create problems where there weren’t any I hope she finds some happiness soon she definitely has misery loves company vibes
