Very disappointed with the lack of honesty and transparency. I booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance and confirmed the mudflap installation price listed on their website ($96 + labor). They told me they’d call with the labor quote but never did. At check-in, the advisor again confirmed the installation and price.
After service, the bill came out higher than the regular price forget about the promotion price, and I was told that the online price only applies if I order online—something they never mentioned even though I confirmed the price three different times. They raised the price and then added a “discount” just to make it look like they were giving me a good deal.
This is not how you treat customers. Be upfront about pricing, especially when a customer double- or triple-checks. This experience felt misleading and untrustworthy.

So I bought a car from Empire Toyota back in July 2 days later I told him that the car was giving me problems until this day. We’re already in December. They never resolved the issue they I went also today, December 1 Monday to talk to a manager, he told me that they can’t do anything about it due to the fact that’s been so long even though I’ve been fighting with them since back July I bought a Tahoe 2021. They told me that the car was clean. They did a full inspection. I found out that the car had two recalls. I found out the car has paint job done. I found out that the car has probably transmission or engine problems. I am not a mechanic so I really don’t know. I went there to buy the car out of good faith. They were very nice at the beginning now that I’ve been arguing with them. they’re really terrible. They took the car back twice maybe three times more than three times now I have to file a lemon law and I will suggest before you buy a used car there please check your car before there. They’re nice at first and then after that trust me, you do not want to deal with them.
