Mike and Charles were wonderful. They were very patient with me as I tried to decide what I actually wanted. Mike was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer all of my questions. T hey made what is normally a very stressful purchase a very pleasant one. I would highly recommend going there for a new vehicle.

Juan was awesome! I have had 2 Enclaves and when I thought I was going to switch to a Volvo or BMW3 it was his consistent communication that won me over. Everyone was very pleasant and nice to work with.

This was hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Vinnie was our Sales Rep and made the process smooth, easy and simple. He knew we were driving from quite a distance and had time constraints. He had everything prepared in advance, and made sure that we felt our time was respected.John handled the finance end. He was thorough, friendly, communicative and quick. There was no pressure or sales tactics.I would hands down recommend the team at Grenn Brook Buick GMC!

They were very efficient and I was able to get out quickly. Exactly what I wanted. They had more inventory than other dealers and someone there knows what to order in a truck, got mine off the lot. Last two times I had to order one. Their team worked hard to get me a good deal. Would use them again for my next truck

This was my 3rd dealership I visited that day and was welcome with so much respect. The other two dealerships treated me like they didn't have time for me, as I normally dress down on my off days( A classic judging the book by it's cover). From the second I walked into Green Brook Buick GMC, I was treated like someone should be treated regardless of their attire. I worked with Ernie B. and I would have to say that he's one of the best salesmen I ever had the pleasure to work with. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and in the end, I purchased a vehicle that was on my bucket list. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle, I would also recommend working with Ernie B.

Normally I get good service. However this time I had a nail in my tire and the customer service person told me that I would need a new tire. She said I could wait it would not take long. Well after she came in the waiting area about 3 times telling me it will be soon. My care was finally service almost 4 hours later. If I had know that it was going to take that long I could had went home which is 15 minutes away and came back when the job was done. I felt I just wasted 4 hours that I could had been getting things done. My time is valuable and once you lose time you cannot get it back. I would like to be given realistic time that it will take to have a service job done.

Hats off to this dealership for having a truly remarkable employee who cares about their customers and his customers mishaps and misfortunes. I am referring to RICH PRICE! RICH PRICE is the Assistant Parts Manager. We had been waiting for more than a month for a part for our 2013 Chevy van while it sat in a body shop. Upon helping out the body shop search for said part, GREEN BROOK CHEVY was 1 of 4 in the country who had the part. Rich had the part and offered to meet us after his work day and save us over an hour of driving time! We took the part home with him the first day we spoke and because of mine and my husbands schedule, we waited the next day. Rich even contacted the body shop, faxed the appropriate paperwork to them and we set up a place to meet. WHO does this today? Rich does! He saved us driving time, GAS, tolls and wear and tear honestly by reducing an hour off of driving time, maybe longer. So if it’s parts you need, call RICH PRICE at GREEN BROOK CHEVY! He’s a valuable employee DAVID FERRAEZ! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My vehicle was fairly evaluated based on vehicle mileage. Maintenance was done and several recommendation's were made. All services were done quickly and at a decent price. They upstairs waiting area is very comfortable.

The Adviser was great (Brian) but the service was terrible. I had a 9am appointment to get 4 new tires. I did not get out of there till 1:30 PM.At first they said someone sold two of the tires help for me. Then I had to wait till two new tires were delivered. which was around 10 AM. It was communicated to me it be about another 1/2 hr to 45 min and I'd be done.I decided to walk around to the side garage to ck on my Truck and it was up in the air with the tires off but no one was working on my truck. I spoke with Brian and he said he look into it. Never said what the issue was but said there was some miscommunication and they would be on my truck. Long story short it should not take almost 5 hrs to get tires especially since I booked an appointment.I just wish I knew what the issue was and why it took so long to get a simple service of getting 4 new tires.

My (new to me) truck had some motor trouble just two months into ownership, and it was towed to the closest GM dealership, at Green Brook. James called me the next day to get some info from me and to set expectations. In the end, the motor needed to be replaced. Firstly, I want to highlight James's professionalism throughout the time it took to work with the 3rd party warranty company. He always followed up with me throughout the process, and returned my calls promptly, answering any questions I had. Secondly, I want to highlight the work done by the tech(s). For a job like replacing a motor, I got my truck back looking and driving like nothing ever happened. I was expecting things not to work or look right at first, or not feeling right while driving, but so far so good. This gives me the impression that the techs have good attention to detail and take pride in their work. So why not 5 stars? While I am mostly pleased with GreenBrook's service, the ordeal took two months - though this was the result of 3rd party warranty dragging their feet. However, I requested a courtesy vehicle from Day 1, but was told none were available until a month later. And one month into the ordeal, still nothing available. So I spent two months having to share one vehicle with my wife, who also works. This meant major rearranging of schedules, missed days/PTO, cancelling gatherings, etc. These two months were a logistical nightmare for us. I don't understand why I wasn't provided a courtesy/loaner vehicle. And despite the great service I received, this one negative setback would make me hesitate to bring my truck back there again because it made for a pure hellish experience. Had they been able to take care of that major pinpoint for my family and I, I'd be singing their praises and would give them all my business, despite them being a little out of the way. Sadly, a missed opportunity.

Charles was great during the whole experience. He made such a stressful process so simple and easy. The whole staff was very welcoming and friendly and thoroughly answered any questions and concerns we had. We will definitely be back in the future! Highly recommend this dealer and Charlie for sure!

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt such a warm welcome. Everyone is so attentive and friendly. Herbie and Vinnie went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in my decision making process.
