Trash customer service. Spent almost a grand here and had ZERO help from staff to load it up just because they “didn’t want to” . It was a mid size box that literally had a warning saying one person should not handle alone and two people should pick it up together. Unfortunately, NO ONE helped me. For a big company, that is unacceptable. Will not be back. Next time will spend my time and money elsewhere

Lots of tools and affordable products the icon brand is very good quality some of the icon tools can hang with the snap-on brand

Most staff know what they are doing and where to find things. It is a friendly place and I haven't found anyone who became agitated because I asked questions.

Couldn't live without this place. The quality of the items they have is now on the level of Craftsman, SnapOn, etc.
In particular a jack I have from them has been working longer and better then one of those premium brands jacks.
They have tools that simply are not sold elsewhere. They're very generous and accommodating with returns.
Harbor Freight is a national treasure.
