I got a new car and tried to get quotes from a few carriers which were sky high. They weren't very helpful. Stefania Maldonado gave personable, excellent and prompt service as I moved from.Geico to State Farm and bundled auto and renters policies.

Never-mind. This office used to actually help you. Seems like now they just don’t care. It’s like every other week there’s someone new and they don’t know what is happening.
They keep raising the premium with little to no explanation as to why. They keep messing up and remove discounts from my policy. I called to get some answers, had to keep calling back because they never returned my calls. And when they did answer their system was always down.
It went like this for almost 2 weeks.
It only took me maybe 20 minutes to find a better quote with a different insurance provider. So I switched.
I’ve been with State Farm for over 10 years. Loyalty means nothing. Shop around get a better quote
