I visited the Green Brook store again today and learned that on my previous visit someone apparently forgot to post a 'back in 5 minutes' type notice on the door, which led me to mistakenly assume they were closed for the Independence Day holiday. This time, Joe found my requested work boots right away, and after slipping in my prescription insoles, did a test walk and found the boots to be very comfortable. :)

Joe was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. His location didn’t have the size boot I needed so he tracked the correct size down and had it shipped from a different location. Great experience. If you need a pair of boots I highly recommend going to see Joe. I’ll definitely be back.PS. If you haven’t tried Red Wings wool sock do your feet a favor and grab a few pairs. It is like having your foot in a warm cloud.

I bought $239.99 working boots. Unfortunately after 3-4 hours of working my feet hurt so much. So I had to continue using my old Timberland boots, after some weeks I went to waltmart and bought different inserts and it improved the performance of the boot. I had the chance to go again to the red wind store, the person who help me was great with great knowledge, but he pointed the defect to my feet hahaha, so when I use Timberland there is no hurt. Finally he just offered me to sell me new inserts for another 60 dolars.. I don't think I will buy red wind again .

I received a gift card for Xmas and was excited to finally get me a pair of these boots for work. Joe made the experience super simple and he was very informative and outlined a plethora of options to customize the boot for my needs. Never had a more streamlined experience getting a pair of boots/shoes in my life. Cant wait to try them out
