Brought my car in for a check engine light and a limp mode, and they had my problem diagnosed and fixed in two days (wiring harness issue). Excellent communication and competitive pricing when compared to working with a dealership

RSW Euro team is fantastic, from the associates up front, to the managers and techs! They helped me step by step in ensuring my problems were solved but also help find a huge issue Mini Cooper dealer didn’t identify. I needed new brakes and rotors immediately and only RSW team let me know and took the right steps to get it completed! They also have multiple payment options which is always helpful for last minute fixes! Highly suggest!

Edit after GM response: The lies are nuts here. Claims I called someone a monkey. This is a joke! That slur would usually be used toward African Americans. When I dropped the car off, there were ZERO African American employees in sight…And I was speaking with their employees on the phone. How could I even know what “race” someone was on the phone? GM claims this was recorded. Well, post the recording of me calling your employee a monkey!
Finally, calipers were quoted separately from the rotors and pads at an extra $1300 or so. So it was $1600+ extra cost for calipers.
FYI, I got a real shop to do all the work for $1300 with all OEM parts.
Original:
This shop will rob and lie to you. Even their "owner responses" to google reviews are all lies as well. I noticed another reviewer saying the owners responses are all AI generated. I actually checked this out and they are, indeed, all generated by AI. This just shows how little they do not care about their customers.
Now I know why this place has such good reviews on google. Since they use AI, they've clearly generated hundreds of fake reviews. I own a cybersecurity firm so, trust me, it's actually quite easy to do such a thing.
If you're still reading, you get to hear my human side of the story. Took my 2020 Range Rover Velar 4 cylinder in to get rotors and pads all around, spark plugs, and an oil change.
I'll give you just one insane example of how they rob people who are uneducated about cars. They quoted me $1600 for rear rotors and pads. The parts they were giving me were Brembo Prime rotors with low-met pads. These are economy tier parts. The rotors and pads together would cost a consumer(retail) about $150. Labor for just rear pads and rotors with a skilled mechanic should be 1.5 hours. This shop advised they charge $200/hr for labor. So, if you recall your first grade math class, we can add this up. $150 in parts+ 1.5hr labor($300)= $450. To humor you and myself, even if an unskilled mechanic took 3 hours to change the brakes, this would still only add up to $600 in labor + $150 in parts = $750. So, don't take my word for it. Use your own brain and ask yourself a good question. How does such a job add up to $1600? I even encourage anyone to check my math. And further, any mechanic that takes 3 hours to change just 1 set of pads and rotors on a car is, indeed, not a mechanic. Ask a mechanic!
The owner's AI response will most likely say something along the lines of "well it's a range rover so it takes a lot more time". And they will likely make up some story about how I did something. Do not believe their lies. It's not a Lamborghini.... And even changing ALL FOUR rotors and pads on an hurrican would only take about 3 hours. The parts for that vehicle are more expensive, given it's a true performance vehicle. My car is a very normal range rover and it does not = $1600 for brakes. You can google all the parts yourself and see the part prices and research the labor time yourself. You will see I am correct.
Finally and not even the full story... and expect full denial from the "owner"; When I was complaining about how they were robbing me, they became professional liars. From the people at the front desk to the General Manager. I ended up talking to 4 separate people who ran me in circles saying a bunch of nonsense to justify their price. When I got to the GM and he realized I actually know cars and prices, he literally said, and I quote verbatim, "Go f yourself sir" and advised he will put my car outside with my key in a lockbox so I can pick it up. He said the full F word but I had to censor it for a public review. I will add that I was definitely upset and trying to explain that that job does not command that price. And, I was not on the phone with them cursing my mouth off at them at all and this GM still said what he said. But,

RSW Euro in Green Brook did a fantastic job on being able to repair my 2009 Smart Fortwo BRABUS. I came to drop off my car for a week for 2 things. The radiator fan (imbalance causing to hit the radiator while braking to a full stop) and the common P0805 issue happening on Smart Fortwo 451s.
[The radiator fan was not an easy job to replace it. I assume they have to take the whole front body panel off. Piecing it back together was performed flawlessly.
As for the P0805, they went above and beyond and checked inside the Clutch Slave Cylinder. After replacement and performing a successful Transmission Re-learn, it runs very quiet when I turn on the car. No more creaking sound from the old one when it's on the extended position to disengage the clutch. It shifts smoothly. The dealership that I sent for repair last year misdiagnosed the cause by saying "one of the actuator bolts fell off" because the P0805 is still there after repairs from MB was completed.]
I will come back in the near future when I saved enough money for a new clutch service before it slips. It still has some life left. The Smart Fortwo BRABUS Lives!

Not just for exotics! I have a 2021 Chrysler 300 AWD Touring L. Tire rotation and oil change today. They do it all. Comfortable waiting area with snacks, TV and comfortable chairs. The staff is engaging and will answer any of your questions. Used a motor oil I never heard of but it is superior to what a dealer would use. I read about the oil while I waited. Will go again, knowledgeable team!

I took my car here to check on why my A/C wasn’t cooling I let them know beforehand that system was already charged to manufacture specifications but they said they had to recharge it and charged me for that and a diagnostic fee. They told me I had to replace my A/C compressor and A/C condenser. I replaced both of those with oem parts and recharged A/C to specification, and my A/C still did not work. I then took the car to the dealer and they told me my JBE module was bad So I replaced that and coded it and programmed it and that fixed the issue. I was very disappointed that I had to spend all of this extra money when it was not needed. I just read what they said and clearly they just misdiagnosed the car The car was full of Freon when I brought it there so that was also a lie. Honesty goes a long way if they would’ve just apologized for misdiagnosis I would’ve deleted the rating but apparently they can’t even do that.

I brought a 2013 Audi I was purchasing for my 17 year old son to RSW for an overall safety assessment. Paul and Chris were great to work with and reviewed all major components of the vehicle. They provided a prioritized list of concerns and recommended repairs. They brought me into the garage where Chris thoughtfully showed me all of his concerns first hand while the car was still on the lift. Really a great experience. I highly recommend them for their expertise and commitment to the highest quality service.
