I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance to get my driver's seat leather replaced. I drive 2 hours to s&s and when I got there the owner politely told me that he was busy and to f*** off for another month until he had time for me. I tried calling for a week before to make sure he was ready but he failed to communicate with me. Maybe they can do upholstery but this is the worst business practice I have dealt with.

I have had the opportunity to work with Romulo on two separate occasions and both times he was wonderful. He has reupholstered and repaired chairs for 2 different churches. His passion for what he does is obvious in his finished products. He said "he would take care of us" and he certainly did. He is also a pleasure to work with. The first job he reupholsterd 150 sanctuary chairs in a very short amount of time, and the second time he repaired and recovered pulpit chairs rumored to be from the 1800s in less than 2 weeks. Highly recommend!
