I answered your survey giving main complaint of wait time the last time Ivisited. My visit today was again unsatisfactory and I walked out. DOES ANYONE READ THIS? WILL NOT GO BACK WHEN I HAVE TO WAIT AN HOUR FOR A 6 MINUTE HAIRCUT. THESE STYLISTS WORK HARD BUT THE OWNER DOES NOTHING TO IMPROVE THE SITUATION. ON TOP OF THIS PROBLEM, THE PRICE WENT UP AGAIN. NOW $26 for a simple haircut! I AM DONE!
