The lady Gail that works here is so condescending and rude is wild. I wouldn’t recommend using her or this branch since she’s a manager!

Ms.Maureen Frederick ,always always always does an excellent job I’ve been with TD for about 2 years now she is a big reason why I switched over she will print your card out right then and there I love her and her services.

The WHOLE bank on a weekday with 3 tellers and 2 working the office area with no clients/customers in sight except me, yet I was not helped for good 20 mins standing there waiting. What is up with that? Where is your sense of helping your clients or are you just there to “take” your clients money which worth more your time than your longtime clients? This place is getting worse and worse…SMDFH.

It was such a great experience. Go with Maureen, She is amazing with her work. We wanted to open our 3 accounts on weekend and there were so many customers and she handled everything so easily and efficiently. Would definitely recommend her..

Ridiculous waiting over 1hr for them to hand my son account print out of proof of deposit checks. UNBELIEVABLE to not quickly assist someone, many people coming their ignoring like he's not here. Bad business first comes first serves.

I came here 3 weeks ago because of fraud charges on my account and the woman I dealt with was very kind and helpful. Again I just had fraud charges and although she got me a new card and disputed the charges, Gail was rude, cut me off while I was talking, didn’t listen to me or look at me while I was speaking, and acted like I did something wrong even though I’ve only used my new debit card at 4 places. As if she’s the one who was inconvenienced. Her tone immediately changed when she called the next woman over when I was done. I won’t be coming back to this branch. TD is supposed to be, and is usually known for exceptional customer service. Go work at Chase if you want to be rude for no reason
