I would give Tiffany in the pharmacy more than 5 stars if I could! After spending almost an hour at CVS, I left without my prescriptions and with the pharmacist telling me to go to a different pharmacy. So I called the Walgreens in Green Brook, NJ and Tiffany assured me she could get the prescription that CVS said was unavailable. The next day, I went to pick up my prescription from Walgreens and Tiffany was there to help me in person. She also was able to process the voucher for my prescription that CVS was unable or unwilling to process! Needless to say, I’m in the process of transferring all of my prescriptions from CVS to this Walgreens!

Omar is the absolute man. Went in today to use the Western Union and he helped me with the process while handling 4 other customers with different concerns. All while keeping a respectful & grateful attitude! You can just tell he holds this place on his shoulders, and especially the print department.

The place is extremely understaffed and the employees there are rude and condescending. They were rushing me to the register and ignoring my concerning questions nor to mentioned seemed very impatient and seemed agitated. This is extremely unprofessional Walgreens can do better than this.

I have been patronizing the Green Brook Walgreens for years but today I was utterly disappointed and shocked by the customer service and the employees specifically at the Photos section. I came in for passport size photos and it took too long for the girl who took them to edit them. She seemed clueless, and after about 20 minutes of waiting, she called her manager, who came in with some kind of attitude. May be it's the stress with his job. As I was checking out I requested for email copies to which the girl rudely told me that they could not provide since they had to void everything. I then asked her to just void the transaction, to which the girl rudely responded to me, " YES! YOU CAN GO TO CVS!" That's was quite an experience and of course not a good one. I left and went to the Walgreens at Piscataway where I was served pleasantly and satisfactorily by an employee called Marcia. GREEN BROOK WALGREENS YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!

Went in this past Saturday with my mother to pick up her medications. She’s always been told by pharmacists of this location in the past to come after the 24th of every month to pick up her refills. So we came on the 30th. The pharmacist that initially helped us was very kind but she informed us that she didn’t see her refills in the system. She went to the back and got her supervisor. Her supervisor was sooo rude!!! She’s had the nastiest attitude. She aggressively told us that after 2 weeks of no picking up your meds, they get put back. It had only been 6 days since the first phone call of the refills being ready. I haven’t felt that belittled in a long time. I wasn’t able to get her name or I would call her out on this review but she’s the short Asian pharmacist that seems to be in her mid 30s. If you see her, please try to avoid her because she will chew your head off! Terrible experience!

I bought a Vanilla Gift Card for $100 and when I opened it, 4 of the numbers are scratched off. Walgreens will not return the purchase. How about preventing thieves from tampering with your gift card? I should not have to go through this horrible return process!
