“John has been so helpful and responsive with assisting me when I had a cracked rim. Above all his honesty to recommend replacing the rim instead of charging for a job that may not last, and providing a solution. I’ve called at least 18 shops within central Jersey trying to find someone to fix this rim and no one has the skills or equipment to do it. Crimson is the go to place when you need to mount, balance, or weld your wheel. Highly recommended!!”

“Review for Jake at Freedman Auto Service I first brought my car to Jake at Freedman Auto Service about 15 years ago, and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. From the very beginning, Jake was kind, patient, and incredibly considerate of my limited car knowledge at the time. He always took the time to explain repairs clearly and made sure every job was done professionally and safely — something that meant the world to me when I was driving my young children around. Jake and his entire team are consistently courteous, honest, and dedicated to doing things the right way. Their service is truly custom to each client, and you can feel the pride they take in their work every single visit. Fifteen years later, I couldn’t be happier with the level of care, expertise, and trustworthiness I receive at Freedman Auto Service.”

“I brought my car here. They got it back to me in exactly 2 weeks. The estimated time was 3 weeks so I was very happy about that. They are extremely responsive on the phone. The work came out PHENOMENAL. My paint is perfect. I can’t even tell there was a huge fender bender. All my panels were put back properly and my goodness the detail they gave was great. They even cleaned my engine bay. I would definitely bring my car back here. They worked my insurance no problem the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend this body shop.”

“A little hard to locate once your GPS says you're there. It's a little in the back. But the employees work so hard and they are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Brush up on your Espanol or Spanglish works. LOL! Several of the workers speak English so no problema. I strongly encourage purchasing used tires here and they accept walk ins with incredibly fast service.”
