Great coaches, and a great gym! Highly recommend! I really love coming here, it pushes me to work my hardest, and I feel a sense of accomplishment after each workout.

I took my first kettlebell and rowing class today, very impressed. I love the attention to form, and personal attention to make sure I'm doing things correctly. At other gyms, newbies are often left to their own devices, not here, Eric was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, tailored moves based upon competency. I felt as if I had my own personal trainer guiding me. Kettlebells may be my new fav workout.

I used to go to a "regular gym" but I could always convince myself not to show up, but not at Q! I have to convince myself to take a day off sometimes just to recover. I love it here! The only way to find out if Q is right for you, is to just come in and give it a try for yourself. It's my home away from home, a place where you can work on your strength and conditioning with people who actually care about you and your fitness.

Q Kettlebell Club is the BEST place for a great workout! It is not just another gym or another boring exercise class where you spend the entire hour looking at the clock. The hour truly flies by. Q is truly a community of very supportive people where you can gain feedback on the most up to date nutrition while you get in shape. Q Kettlebell Club is NOT just for competitors. Do not be intimidated! The coaches are amazing and they will help you customize your workouts. If you have an injury or are just starting an exercise program they will help you modify the exercises. I am so much stronger than when I first started! My only regret is that I didn't start sooner!

I never really understood what kettlbell training was! Why would you use them? Well... I have to say they can be intimidating at first, but Eric & Laureen both help make the experience much easier. I have seen a lot of training facilities not offer the proper training which leads to injury and disappointment. They truly live and breathe this stuff at Q Kettlebell Club and not only with the workouts, but diet as well. I can only imagine if they 10 + years I spent wondering all the gyms aimlessly was spent here actually training, how much healthier I would have been years ago. If you have thought about trying Kettle bells give Eric a call! Thanks so much guys!
