“I'll never go to another USPS in the area again! Keith genuinely cares about the people who walk in the store and in just two visits, I'm sold. My second visit in, I had a packed containing automotive parts weighing around 35 lbs and in a large box. He took one look at the prepaid label I had printed and taped to the box and knew I overpaid. He handed me scissors and a large flat rate box and gave me the time to unbox and repack the items after discussing what the contents were and if they would fit. This saved me OVER $60 after I voided my previous label. He even went ahead and reinforced the box on his own time. You just won't find that kind of service at most USPS or with other courier services.”
“I had a larger printing job today. The staff in the Newton, NJ Staples were incredibly helpful. The manager went above and beyond! I will be back for all my office supplies and printing needs. I highly recommend this store. Thank you so much! Mary”
“i had a horrible experience with fedex recently and customer service was not helpful at all. they kept passing me around until they finally connected me with someone at this location locally. i believe the woman who helped me was named Pam (?). she was able to contact the driver and get an extremely important package delivered to me within less than an hour. i am very grateful and appreciative her help. thank you!!”

“I can't give a 5 because they have lost my print orders twice in 4 months...but today the Copy Center Made up for it all. While I had to wait I joked is there a discount for that? She said "sure". While I tried to keep my special needs child busy (and not into everything) they reprinted. The associate found me and as I went up to pay, she stated, no charge. I was truly not expecting that. She took lemons and made lemonade. Kudos!”

“Whenever I've gone there to mail a package, the staff were very friendly, polite and professional. Even when I had a problem with a package that never arrived at its destination, the gentleman was able to advise me what I needed to do to try to track/report the package as never delivered. I just wish they didn't have such limited hours of 3p-7p. Would be nice if they were open to the public a bit earlier.”

I came in yesterday with a problem, and I appreciate having my mail delivered to my box this morning with no issues. I also commend your driver for locating my actual box (not easy) and finding a way to get it in there this morning around the ice and snow. Thank you guys”

“Just left this office about 5 minutes before close. (I tried to come earlier) There was one lady in the center helping a customer who obviously didn't know their butt from their elbow. And I was helped by a black lady with a very pretty accent. I was asking for additional ounce stamps, which aren't requested often. She was super polite, friendly, helpful, and had a great overall friendly vibe. She went out of her way to the back to check it there were more even though I said not to worry about it and go out of the way. And even when I was grabbing my stuff to leave, she proceeded to make sure I had a wax bag to put the stamps in, it was raining outside. Truly impressed and it's rare to find someone in such good spirits that's also helpful. I needed to stop in the parking lot to write this. Thank you for your service! ???”
