The staff was very rude and not welcoming they did not want to give me change for my business because I only had a savings account with them.. went to the other branch in Mullica hill and had the best experience with that staff and even opened another account

I have been a loyal customer of Century Savings Bank for over 53 years. I liked the personal service I would get. However that is no longer the case. They have made many changes over the years and I have adjusted and stayed with them. But they recently changed their online banking system and where you were able to access your accounts and history before, you can now only ho back 18 months. If you need something older, you have to make a request for an additional fee and wait. That was bad enough but when I talked to the president about the issue, I was told basically that's is the way it is now, too bad and was left feeling totally dismissed! So much for personal service. I told him that the idea of an update to your system is supposed to be an improvement, this is definitely not an improvement. When I asked him if we can do something to fix this his reply was "no, we are not going to change it ". And when I said I would just have to take my 6 accounts to another bank his reply was ok, sorry to hear it. I will be sending a formal letter to the board of directors and looking for a new bank.
