I had to take a phone call while I was here and one of the employees yelled at me like I was a child. Claimed the regulars were calling in to complain.Well guess what? I "was" one of the regulars until now.I was the only person in the store. I will never come back to Dunkin' location again.

I ordered a small iced coffee in drive thru. The service was fine they made it fast. But the coffee was so stale and nasty I tried to fix it myself with more sugar but it was unsaveabe, the woman asked if she can make me another and I'm trying to explain to her that it's the coffee that's the problem and she's sitting here telling me no and continues to make me another iced coffee using the same stale coffee as before.i worked in fastfood and coner store markets for 5+ years. Just MAKE ANOTHER POT. It is still early to where I was not the last person they were going to serve. Coffee was F-. Yuck! Lazy staff didn't wanna keep coffee fresh just stood around talking. I'm just upset. I maybe buy myself coffee once a month and that was a disappointment of a treat.

Whoever they have staffed at this location need to be reevaluated immediately. Absolutely no nice humans to be found and really upsetting as this is the first stop for someone’s day.

Let me start with I never give negative reviews.BUTI got there at 8:55 a.m., only four cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the ordering screen no one was asking me anything. Then, a few minutes later the women’s asks me if I had been helped and she said I’m sorry I thought someone helped you. I placed my order (one plain bagel with cream cheese, two egg wraps, 3 bacon snacks and one coffee), the woman took my money and gave me the coffee. Three minutes go by and she asks me to pull around. I waited in the car for another minute before I went inside. Lady asked if I’ve been helped and I said I’ve been waiting close to 20 minutes. She looks for my order and loudly says you’ve only been waiting 10 minutes. I said yeah, but I’ve been here for 20. She finally gives me my food and goes back to the kitchen and says rudely, “ give me a break there is only three of us.” Which I responded, “I think you meant to say, sorry for your wait.”What could have possibly taken so long? The precooked bacon? The toasted bagel? The 30 second snack wraps? I’d also like to note that the person at the window was polite.

I came at 9am and ordered a macchiato with Carmel. They were out of Carmel so I asked for Hazelnut. I also asked for a chocolate milk for my son. They were out of that also. I completely understand things happen but the person taking my order was rude about it stating I won’t have any of that until my truck comes later, as if I was going to come back or something. I had to repeat my order 3x. She was still confused about whether I wanted cream and sugar but I ordered oat milk because I have milk sensitivity and can’t drink cream or milk like that. I got to the window and she handed me a cup that was not full, had already been stirred (which did not look like a macchiato) and then it did not have any hazelnut in it. I was already running behind for an appointment and the staff were arguing with each other so I did not bother having them re-make it. Gross $7 coffee.Dietary restrictions: Milk sensitivity

Stopped by this location for a cup of coffee and donut. Walked into an empty shop with 4 people working, 3 at the drive through and 1 in the back. Waited at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone in the store even though we were literally on the other side of the counter from 3 of them. After finally being acknowledged, was instructed to go to a different register to order. Guy who waited on us was pleasant but still didn't get at how irritated we were for waiting so long. Then after taking our simple order, he gives us our food and says coffee will be right up. I was expecting another employee to get the coffee as he waited on the next customer. After waiting on the second customer, he walks over to where we were originally, grabs 2 to go cups, talks to the other employees another 5 mins, then comes back over to the register area and pours our coffee. All in all a half hour to get waited on. Donut was stale to boot...don't waste your time or go through the drive thru as that is all the staff seems to care about

My matcha latte and cream cheese bagel were fine and made correctly. However, my sourdough breakfast sandwich was completely burnt on the inside of the bread. Very disappointing.

I go to this store Harmony Road, Gibbstown, almost everyday, lately when you order breakfast sandwiches they don’t even toast them anymore, and you don’t know they screwed you till you get home, there are too many good stores around, not going back!

Use to be good , has gone downhill. Food is taste nasty. Never have any donuts. Coffee is almost always burnt. Services is good just product/goods is terrible. Prices are higher than other Dunkin’ Donuts around and yet it’s the worst.
