Worst pharmacy ever. The drive through is always ‘broken’. My prescriptions are never ready on time even with calling hours ahead or having them called in days ahead of time. The shelves are about 75% empty all the time. There is actually trash on the floor littering the aisles. Time to find a new pharmacy.

Staff is excellent here slaves bare now but that's OK it's nearly double the price of even right next door for same exact product....Pharmacy is a MAJOR issue NOT the STAFF they are all great doing their best .It's RITE AID and whatever business model that they are using to continually fail.WAY UNDERSTAFFED PHARMACY ...I have serious medications to pick up and it may take a week before they have it in. By then you may not even be sick or sicker .This is the absolute WORSE you can get for prescription meds . Especially time sensitive just go elsewhere . IDK or care what Rite Aid is doing besides killing themselves. I do care about the staff in Phatmacy having to deal with Rite Aid then angry customers .Your gonna go bankrupt and do this...hint hint CLOSE DOWN SHOP. THIS IS HORRENDOUS.!!! It's really a shame .smh Rite Aid you need serious help with your business model , plans , whatever your trying to do here obviously ALL 1 star reviews . WAKE UP GREED GETS YOU KNOWHERE

I have no choice for right now to choose this place because I have to walk here and it’s the only pharmacy that’s walking distance for me. Nothing at all personal of anyone there, I have a very very hard time always with my medication it seems each time. The last pharmacies I been too never really had this much of a difficulty then I do here. In the beginning I thought it was me, but til after I saw some reviews….

Horribly miss managed! Having all the same problems as the reviewers below. Months and months go by with no improvements ever. Fed up and leaving.

EVERY month they don't have the medicine I need. 8 out of 10 times I take a new prescription in, they don't have it.
This is a ridiculous excuse for a pharmacy. You could die waiting for meds. I went 6DAYS waiting for insulin!

They literally never answer the phone!! Prepare to drive to the pharmacy to ask any questions. It’s not even their fault - remember that!! It’s corporate’s fault for not properly staffing them !

I wouldn’t even give them a one star. They should’ve been shut down instead of Paulsboro how medicine just disappear from out of the system overnight make it make sense now they need to be shut down. The customer service is horrible everything.

It probably would have been a pleasant experience if the lady working the counter would have stopped her personal conversations to actually do her job. I only regret that I didn't get her name to call her out but I had to get my kids back to school after their lunch break. You know cuz some of us actually have things to do other than stand around and talk

Sucks. The pharmacist does not answer and i called 1800 rite aid. That sucks too. They dont answer either ... Take ypur business else where after being a customer there for 27 years you are gonna lose the whole family of 4...shame on the management! 6 months later. STILLLLLL SUCKSS
