Sucks. The pharmacist does not answer and i called 1800 rite aid. That sucks too. They dont answer either ... Take ypur business else where after being a customer there for 27 years you are gonna lose the whole family of 4...shame on the management! 6 months later. STILLLLLL SUCKSS

We scheduled an appointment for vaccines. When we got there, they didn’t have the vaccines or any explanation why we weren’t notified ahead of time.

I’m leaving because they never have the medication I need and I get the same medication every month and they always say that they have to order it ridiculous

I have been going to Gibbstown Rite Aid for years, as has my family. But here lately the pharmacy is lacking! Since the one in Paulsboro closed there is a lot more business for them. It takes forever to pick up a script, if it's even ready. If they don't have something in stock you will NOT get a call telling you that which pisses me off, especially when it's happened a few times. Though I must say there are a few people that work there that are wonderful and thr store is clean and stocked!

Switched my prescriptions to Rite Aid since CVS closed it location near me. First tried to transfer on their website 3 times but nothing happened. Stopped at Rite Aid and was told they need new Scripts for all medication to transfer. Had doctors send new scripts, waited 3 days before stopping at the store myself and waited another 2 days to get 2 meds refilled. Pharmacist advised me one of my scipts is not covered at Rite Aid so I still have to go to another Pharmacy for that refill. I received 2 automated phone calls and texts today saying they need more info to refill another script. I keep calling the pharmacy and never receive an answer. I am probably better off staying with CVS and traveling a little farther to pick my medications up.

I don't go here any more because the ONE cashier on shift insists on having 10 minute conversations with every customer in line.

I'm leaving a good review for the cashier who tended to me because the cashier, I think their name tag said "may" on it but the receipt said Taylor, was absolutely pleasant to talk with. I needed some vitamin pills and didn't know where to find them so she helped me figure it out and then rang my items up. It's nice to see someone with a good smile and a positive attitude in the work place! The atmosphere she created was positive and welcoming and all together she is a great employee! 10/10 service and would go again.
