I also go to his body shop in which my experiences have been the same. The person that previously had a problem with Juan's shop may have been having a bad day regarding some outside issues. “I’ve taken my car to Omar 4 times over the last 2 years. Omar does a fantastic job helping the customer understand exactly what’s going on with the car, by sending pictures and videos along the way. His service is honest, straightforward, transparent, and efficient. Some chain mechanics and dealerships won’t hesitate to hold onto a vehicle for days, but I always get my car back from Omar within 24 hours. Cannot recommend this shop enough!”
