No customers in the branch ! Four tellers and I’m on line while they engaged in conversation. They all saw me but conversation is what they get paid for . The employees are always very slow and ignorant.

Terrible service. From the management to the staff. They all seem like they don't want to be here. It's like they are obligated to show up but provide zero customer service. The women at the desks take longer than one hour to open a simple bank account despite having set appointments. There is no need to give customers bad attitudes. Leave the problems at home!

Worst bank ever!!! I have been coming to this bank for a long time and somehow now, every time I come between 6:40-7:00- the ATMs are out of cash- and this is the 6th time waiting for the workers to put money on the ATMs, both ATMs, it is 8:19am and there is a big line for this! Avoid this bank if you are in a hurry!

The absolute worst, I deposited $1000.00 cash in the drive thru and the next day my deposite never reflected my account. Their “system” had no proof of my deposit. Thank god I kept the receipt! Avoid this place at all cost!

There was a time when this bank would tend to their customers in a timely manner now if you decide to wait outside on line they will literally go through the entire line Inside even if the people arrived after you before they even tend to the people in the window. When I arrived today there was only 2 vehicles in front of me and I literally was on line for 40 minutes. I come here nearly every day for the past 16 years and it's just gotten out of hand.

Zero stars if I could. An automated apology on the reviews is simply not enough anymore. My 65 year old mother came in to this branch this morning. A woman who identified herself as the branch manager had the nerve to tell my mother that she will not be able to close her account at Wells Fargo. She instructed her to simply take all the money out and maintain he account. Is this even legal Wells Fargo? After all the scandals you’ve been through? This branch manager was rude and condescending, told my mother that she bets she (my mother) doesn’t know how to use the app… WRONG!I will be looking deeper into this but to any potential client, please be weary of scams and stay away from this branch.

The entire branch is run by a bunch of incompetent people. Close down this joke of a branch and fire all of them. They should not be working in this industry. Makes me want to end my 20+ years of relationship with Wells Fargo because of this location. I am thinking of emailing the CEO of Wells Fargo about this location to see what he thinks.

Horrible. They have cut staff which means that there is very often a long line forced to wait outside. The pandemic is an excuse for a time, but we are almost a year into this. Worse, when they post "special hours" for the drive thru on the web site, you expect them to respect the schedule, but they don't.

Unfortunately I have to go to this branch because the Cliffside Park one has been closed for months.I usually use the drive-through as it is convenient.I do cash deposits for my boss and almost every time there is money missing in the change. Whether it is 2, 10 or 75 cents it is money missing from the bag I am responsible for.One day I was missing $1, I had to park my car go around the building to let them know. It was 5:01 pm so they wouldn't let me in to explain, they called someone, I had to tell the story again and after a few minutes she brought the one dollar bill to the door, no apology, nothing else.It is very upseting.
