I had a bad experience at this 7-Eleven, particularly with the woman working the 6 PM shift. She was rude and dismissive when I asked for help. On top of that, there was no one at the front counter staff members seemed to be hiding in the back. After reading other reviews, I see similar complaints, so this seems to be a recurring issue.

They deserve ZERO stars! This is the worst 7-Eleven ever! Besides the terrible attitude, the clerk is always on the phone and treats customers like they are inconveniencing him. The counter is always dirty and wet. I always find expired food left on the shelves. THE WORST THING BY FAR, HAPPENED TODAY! The clerk had the nerve to take a picture of my lottery ticket after I chose the numbers!!!!!! Are you kidding me?! Not only do you suck at customer service, and have the worst attitude, but a thief too! I checked the CC machine before inserting my card because he seemed like the type that would put a card skimmer. Do yourself a favor and go to another 7-Eleven or anywhere else but this location. They are a group of terrible and miserable people who shouldn't be working in any position that requires customer service.
In response to 7-Eleven's response. That sounds exactly right. All u have to do is playback the camera on the date of my review and you'll see him taking a picture on his phone of our lottery ticket that my husband purchased and you'll also see him on his phone all the time and people waiting on him to help them. If your audio works, You'll be able to hear him not say a word to the customers at all actually. So yea it is right!!! All you respond to reviews with is "call us to investigate " I dont need to call anyone. Ill just review your business online. Investigate the review on ur own time.

I went in on 4/30/24 at around 755pm. When I came in the clerk was nowhere to be found and I was standing at the counter for about 2 minutes because I needed to buy rolling tobacco that was behind the counter. No one came out so I proceeded to go get a slurpee. I came back to the counter and the guy was very rude. He was on a personal phone call, he had an ear piece In. I asked him a question and he literally snapped at me to HOLD ON and gave me major attitude. Excuse me for buying items at this business while the guy is on a PERSONAL CALL. Customer service is at the bottom of this guy's list. This guy is a horrible employee. You would be better off finding a new employee.

Very rude people always on the phone not paying attention when customers come in then waiting couple of minutes while he's doing something and then he realizes there's customers and then tries to rush you purchasing

Was there this morning buying my coffee as usual. I had 2 scratch offs I wanted to cash in. I made sure it wasn’t busy and the line wasn’t long and asked the gentleman behind the counter to cash them in for me. He told me no. Flat out no. Then proceeded to sigh and slam the register when I asked him why not. Very unprofessional. I will not be come back to this 711.
