I had very bad experience with this store. I bought 2 mangoes and both were rotten from inside.
Purchased four coconut and three had be thrown they were full fungus inside the shrink Packaging.
Peaches and plumbs i had to throw away.
Spanish had infects inside. How that is approved by the FDA at the import inspection?
This place is not worth visiting anymore.

Very bad experience today, after couple years doing groceries here, first time I experienced a rude employees by the fish section, I politely asked to add more crabs in the bin because there’s only few left and he’s already upset and giving me attitude. And saying they are all the same, As a customer just wanted to pay the best quality and seems he doesn’t want me to do so. I don’t want to mention the employee name here but hoping the management will address the issue.

The largest One-stop Asian food and grocery chain in US. Great for weekly or biweekly grocery shoppers.
This particular store has slightly fresher produce than the neighboring 99 Ranch and Costco and H-Mart are close by, within 10 min driving distance.
I usually do my bi-weekly family shopping, all at once in this store and the area.

Online order pickup and return is borderline in the stone ages.
Picked up a shelf stable item from the store, did not even leave the parking lot and immediately attempted to return it because item did not meet expectations.
I was told that the entire store and online order/store pickup/return are completely separate department and that they can not provide me any drop-off confirmation for the item I picked up. I was told to just "trust us" and leave the item at the customer support desk. I left the item in the store.
If my return/refund "application" is refused I will be out both the item and the money I paid for it. I will not hesitate to file a consumer affairs report with the state of NJ for this incompetence and improper handling of return (moreso when I haven't even left the store premises).
