My family recently ordered a tv from them and it wouldn’t function days after. I called to see if I could get a refund and the person on the phone said that they couldn’t help me. They didn’t even offer to give me a refund!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! i ordered a tv from them and it went completely black. There manager didn’t want to help me and said it wasn’t there fault that it happen when they were the ones who sold the tv to me. A tv usually last a while not 4 months!

Besides the fact that the couch they delivered first was broke and I had to wait an extra day. I was fine because it really was a nice couch and worth the price but the service sucks and has been charging my account monthly for their “membership club” even though it was paid off months ago! I went in and ask why was my account being charged and they said for our “membership/protection plan”. He went on about how they only cover “natural disasters” but natural disasters like what? We live in NJ. Then he said or if someone steals it.😑 So you’re telling me if I take my couch out my house and make a report of it missing, you will give me a brand new couch? Like cmon. I have this all on recording as well. My point is to CHECK YOUR “Club Membership” account I believe it’s a scam to keep collecting from their customers. It covers NOTHING REALISTIC. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 They agreed and said they will stop the charges as of today but not reimburse me for the charges prior . Nice furniture but be prepared for a never ending contract.

If I can give zero star I would. This store have give me the worst experiment I made orders online and 1 went threw Mike the store manager cancel my order for no reason at all he claim he try to cancel me and couldn’t get threw that was a lie because I talked to one of his employees and confirmed my order. It’s been 20 days now and I still haven’t received my order and anytime I make a new order online he cancel it. Aaron need to look into what Mike the store manager is doing because he is bad for business and the regional manager of this store told me everything would be hand 2 weeks ago and I’m still having the same problem

Good furniture , I always pay my bill on time but I've had issues with this store in Lodi..Mike is not an honest person my account was messed with He'd call me up and try to pretend he did not receive a payment. I
mail in with a money order, until I told him I had my receipt and they can track it and all of a sudden he'd find my payment..also my account was always messed with...I owed 31 dallars and my tv would be payed in full...I checked my acvount before I went to pay it off and all of a sudden I owed a full payment instead of the 31.dallars left I had to pay off ..it's crazy

I have bought multiple purchases from Aaron's and never had any complaints until their policy procedures have changed. Even if you have established specific day of payment they are now harassing you will phone calls They are calling multiple times a day from 8am till 8pm WhenI spoke to a representative letting them know I had received a call already I was told new policy is to call several times a day.This is ridiculous and annoying as hell.Apparently Noone puts info in computer that they spoke to someone already. They are rude and not professional at all I will not being purchasing anything else from here and I would let everyone know definitely not to use their services. For all that your paying you should be treated with respect

Arrons COULD NEVER!!! Story time! I ordered a washer from this specific arrons during their holiday time (they had a 0.01 (penny down) discount on all thing) when I originally ordered a washer (online) i got a call from mike and the regional manager Alex and they stated they had the washer in stock (lies) and says there going to deliver it and send me pictures.. BUT TO MY SURPRISE; THEY SENT ME A PICTURES OF A DRYER! Needless to say, they canceled my original order and made me fill out a brand new form threw the phone (scamming) and tried to make me pay $200 upfront and completely ignoring the penny down deal! When i told MIKE (manager of the store) “i want the penny down” he signed and said “ok, ill see what i can do”…Mind you we were already approved! After 1 1/2 weeks; ON OUR DELIVERY DAY, mike calls and says they cannot deliver due to apartment issues that never existed and have nothing to with THEIR delivery…Me and my wife took what he said as face value and said “ok have a nice day and hung up on him” because at that moment we figured out Alex (the regional manager) and Mikes (the manager) little scam operation they had going on…after ending our contract with arrons about 30 minutes later a personal call from Mike came in asking for $300 and 3 months of payment upfront; in order for us to get the washer!(black mailing and ransom)..i Instantly laughed at him through the phone and hung up on him then PROCEEDED TOWARDS Home Depo and ordered this beautiful Samsung that was WAY cheaper, has 1 year warranties and overall better year and quality then arrons whole stock and at $900 to pay off the whole thing…(im a millwright, so personally MONEY IS NEVER A PROBLEM BC I MAKE 100k per year but when you try to DELIBERATELY SCAM AND ROB SOMEONE AND THEN TRY TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOUR HELPING THEM. THATS WHERE ILL WASTE YOUR TIME!! Never got my 3 cent deposits back from the 3 forms i did with arrons back to back; so i will be sueing!! DO NOT GO TO THIS ARRONS OR ANY ARRONS ALEX (The regional manager) IS RUNNING. HE IS A SCAMMER AND HE IS DESPERATE!! GO TO HOME DEPO, GO TO LOWES, GO TO P.C, GO AND ON AMAZON; GO ANYWHERE THAT ISNT HERE OR WHERE ALEX IS RUNNING; YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!!!!

People here are rude as hell. My mother went in about a phone call they made to her three days ago. They call her every single day and it can’t be about her payments because they take the payments directly out of her account she has been with aaron for years and the calling every day has been goin on for a good while. She went in and she asked about the calling and if their was a problem, the worker said it was something to do with the payment which was confusing since they take it directly out of her account, she gave the money after & a worker named alex lopez yelled at my mother saying if she didn’t want them to call why even bother making deals with them, and then some random Colombian worker jumped into the conversation all disrespectful and the guy told her he was going to tell her all about this situation later, i advice you not to come here unless you wanna get treated like complete garbage by these useless disrespectful stupid idiots, who cant simply act like human beings, horrible customer service, disrespectful through the phone and in person and i hope you lose your sales, we’re not the only people who’ve complained about you either, have a good day.

Good afternoon, I simply want to share something that happened to me today with the manager of the Aaron's store in Lodi. It turns out that I have automatic payment every month and many times they call me that I have a problem with the card and then they apologize that it is their fault for I didn't put the numbers correctly and I went to the store because it caused me so many phone calls, Mr. Alex Lopez yelled at me on the phone that what they did bothered me so much because of so many calls that I didn't do business with them and I went to the store like I said before and I changed to cash payments when I complained because you yelled at me on the phone, a lady with glasses came out to defend me and yell at me, disrespecting me, she first because they spoke in English thinking that I didn't speak English and it bothered me because they were murmuring things about me. Recently Professional this man and the lady work in the store that is located at 15 Washington St lodi New Jersey the truth is I don't think the owners of the store do anything about it but I wanted to share it with friends and family these people are so bad Educated, I wish you peace in your hearts and that when you have personal problems, leave them out of your work.

TERRIBLE DISGUSTING WORKERS. do not know what they are doing in there. MIKE P HAS A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE over the phone. We should’ve gone to another furniture store. Terrible experience. THEY HARASS YOU DAILY AND ON TOP OF THAT HAVE AN ATTITUDE.

I have been served by this Aaron's for a few years now and I have always had 100% service from this store. The staff are polite, and the delivery guys and installers always take care of me, my home, and the products they deliver. Mike, the manager, is exceptional and professional and has an old-school understanding of how to take care of his customers. I have a few more items to finish my list, but I will only get it here.

I have been doing business with this Aaron's location for sometime. I have had nothing less than OUSTANDING customer service. Never an issue with delivery. Mike Pacheco and his staff have always been polite, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful.

It was ok, don't settle just because some prices are reasonable get exactly what you want and don't be pressured into buying something you don't want.
