Towed car and couldn't tell me where it was located or how much it would cost to get car released. Called on phone didn't know flat rate for tow. Was made to wait 12 hours until they found the car then charged me accordingly for car being in storage even though it took them 12 hours to locate the car on their lot. Couldn't tell me why they towed car just said they were told to tow it.

I used All Points for the first time today. Dispatcher was friendly and made sure to send a driver to my location asap. Within 30 minutes the truck arrived. The driver was dressed professionally and acted with care and sympathy. The truck was in very good condition and well maintained. Says a lot about the company. I highly recommend!

The owner is the most deceitful, insulting, and demeaning person I've ever met in 23 years of being on Earth. First, he lied about when to call to obtain my car, as a way of racking up his own storage fees, then he proceeded to lie about us calling the day we got towed, when we never did, then proceeded to insult me, get in my face, scream at me, and spit in my face while screaming at me. I didn't think God made such disgusting human beings, but the owner here is one of them. I hope the rest of his miserable life is spent in depression and isolation from the rest of the world, because for a small business owner, he is not at all a people person, nor does he have any type of a heart. I hope karma gives him what he deserves.

The owner and the lady at the front desk are both absolutely DISGUSTING PEOPLE. The lady at the front desk cursed me out called me a "bitch" and said "i'm not fucking helping you". She would not answer any of my questions and when she did she was very disrespectful about it with a nasty attitude. There is no respect or manners in this place. I had to wait 2 hours for the owner to show up in order to be helped and then was charged a $950 fee just to pick up my laptop. This place deserves to be shut down.

This is the worst towing company I have ever dealt with!!! The "owner" is a scumbag who takes advantage of his customers and has no sense of what the phrase "customer service" really means! My car overheated on Rt.17 by Rumba Cubana, and the Rochelle Park police called this degenerate to come tow my car without even giving me the option to call my own tow guy. The officers told me "they couldn't wait all night for me to make a decision ". What a joke, all I needed was 10 minutes but they went ahead and called this joke of a "company". When the tow truck showed up, it was 1030pm on Sunday night and I had my 4 year old son sleeping in the backseat of my car so I called an Uber and went home. The next day I call the company to find out how much this tow was going to cost me, this man had the audacity to tell me it was $500. A tow from Rt.17 South in Rochelle Park to their lot on 2nd st. Hackensack is between 2.2 and 3.5 miles depending which route you take. I was told it was $150 for the tow, and $350 for the labor because the driver couldn't open the hood to put my ca in neutral. I'm sorry but I'm a woman and I KNOW HOW TO POP THE HOOD OPEN!!! I showed up there the next day to get my wallet and my son's car seat out of the car and this man refused to let me get my property out of the car unless I paid him the $500 plus $75/day for storage fees. He was beyond rude and he got all in my boyfriend's face in front of my son, making my little boy scared and leaving him in tears. I told him to keep the car because I wasn't giving him a dime. This man is the worst, he's got no manners or morals and is truly a vulture. He tried to take advantage of me thinking he was gonna run game on me bc I'm a woman. It's been 6 months now and I called today to go pick up my plates so I can surrender them to Motor Vehicle and he's still refusing to give me my plates or my property unless I pay him. I called Rochelle Park Police and they were useless as well, refusing to help me, and telling me that I have to come to some sort of arrangement with this pig. Jokes on him because he's stuck with my car (which I really don't need) and unable to do a damn thing with it since he doesn't have the title for it. That man is the true definition of the scum of the earth, but karma's a mother and he will get his!!!
