Excellent customer service. Nelson at the AT&T store in Hackensack was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I had a big issue after ordering new lines and phones through AT&T 611, our bill was completely wrong, we were charged for a phone we never received, and every representative told us something different. Nelson took the time to fix everything, explained the process clearly, and even followed up with us to make sure it was all corrected in a timely manner. Highly recommend this store, ask for Nelson if you need a new line or a new phone. 100% recommend.

I’ve been coming to this store for a while now and I only accept help from Sarah. She has been so great to my family and I since we first switched over. She always goes out of her way to save me money and also helped me out when I had my phone stolen. She’s the best. Come to this store and ask for Sarah- you won’t regret it.
