Layth Asaba was extremely helpful in resolving an issue I had with the activation of a phone that I was unable to resolve using AT&T's customer service line. He resolved the issue and was able to get me into a plan with my 3 other phones that saves a significant amount of money vs. what I had going on prior to showing up at the store. Very appreciated.

I bought a screen protector life time warranty for my iPhone 15 plus and when I purchased it the employees said it would be only $10 to replace it every time it breaks. When I comeback a few months later with a broken screen protector to be replaced they say that the system only lets them charge me $20 and that’s the price now to replace it instead of $10 what they originally told me. It seems like a scam or bad service idk if it’s Atnt’s fault or just that store but at the end they told me to try a different store instead

All the staff here in this store are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Layth Asaba exceeded customer expectation, he was able to help me with my concern by identifying and designing his recommendation based on what I need.
