ATT is a joke, it’s all about a sale. Watch for them adding things you didn’t ask for to see if you catch it or not. Again it’s al about a sale. Check if they are an real ATT or authorized dealer. It doesn’t matter what the building says. Again it’s ll about a sale. Or how they can add to your bill. They will tell you they are sorry and turn away if it means they aren’t making a sale.

I don't generally write reviews, but I am willing to do so today!!!
I have been a AT&T customer for many, many years. I have gone to several locations in the past. Never been treated so well or sometimes I was not even helped. Asking a question was a bad thing until I came to this location!
I went to the store over the weekend (Sat) and I was treated with nothing but courtesy, professionalism and quick attention to my concerns. Even with a busy store, everyone seemed to have things under control. I was impressed. At first, a gentleman name Dave was helping me but the owner(Luis) stepped in and helped me right away and helped me with 2 separate issues. I wish more individuals approached their work with such diligence and willingness to generate satisfied customers.
I will continue to only visit this ATT location. This store has great staff and AC! Thanks for your help and an amazing experience.

Great Service?
I loved the customer service! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away. The wait was less than 2mins. They were all so nice and everyone seemed so nice there!
The guy that helped me was Mr. Lou. He definitely went above and beyond to help me resolve some issues that I could not fix by myself or calling customer care. Without his assistance, I doubt the issues would have ever been resolved and because of his excellent customer service and dedication to assist me this location have won my loyalty. Thank you for taking the time today and spending close to an hour fixing the issues. I can use my phone again!
This is my new go to location for sure! ??

Want to take a moment to thank and commend AT&T Wireless World in Hackensack. Lou, Paul, and the team are great. They are friendly, knowledgable, patient, and professional. They take the time to work with you, explain the products, and answer any questions. They are customer service oriented and a pleasure to deal with. The store is well stocked and well staffed and they appear to take pride in what they do. Picking a phone and a plan is somewhat involved nowadays but they make the process easy. If in the market for a new phone or plan, be sure to visit Wireless World in Hackensack.
