“First things first, I know almost nothing about cars. I purchased my first used car in March (it’s June 1 now). A part under my bumper got scraped on something while driving and fell off.. I went to my dealerships service center and was told that I would need a whole new bumper and that it wouldn’t be cheap. I was immediately panicking, after finding this auto body shop on Nissan’s website as a verified Nissan shop I decided to send an online inquiry to get an estimate on how much the new bumper would cost. I was contacted the very next day. I came in and met with Joe who after seeing the damage felt like a replacement bumper wouldn’t be necessary, unless I absolutely wanted one. He fixed it up for me and was very nice, quick, and professional. His entire demeanor just earned him a new customer. I plan on getting some dents and scratches fixed, I now know who I’m going to!”
