“I found this shop through Allstate’s network and I’m glad I did. I first met Mark in his office, and he gave me a reasonable quote and timeline on repairs I needed done on my mirror and back bumper/tail light. He’s friendly and professional, straight to the point. I was greeted by Dean when I went to pickup my car, super chill and friendly guy. Flawless finish and great color match. I added some before and after photos. I would definitely come back, and recommend to anyone looking for quality bodywork.”

“Today, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team that turned a dream into reality. You did far more than just modify a car; you helped bring to life a project that holds immense meaning for both me and my son. Every detail, every hour of work, and every finishing touch reflect the professionalism, dedication, and passion you pour into your craft. This car represents a story of love, resilience, and inspiration. Seeing this dream take shape was only possible thanks to your talent and commitment. A huge thank you for believing in the project and for being part of this journey. You didn’t just deliver an incredible car; you delivered a memory that will remain forever in our history. “Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Gene and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. Their customer service is second to none—friendly, honest, truly committed to making sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. As a woman, we all know the hesitation of going to see a mechanic alone. Not once did I feel talked down to or taken advantage of; instead, I felt I was genuinely in good hands. I wasn’t upsold for anything my car didn’t need. They replaced my brakes/rotors, all fluids flushed and completed bodywork on the front and rear bumper as well as fixing damage to the passenger side rocker panel. Everything was done with incredible attention to detail. The work was thorough, clean, and clearly completed by people who take real pride in what they do. The turnaround time was impressive, and the results were nothing short of perfection—my car looks and drives better than ever. Gene and his team deliver true quality craftsmanship paired with exceptional professionalism. If you’re looking for an auto body shop you can trust, look no further. I highly, highly recommend them! ??✨”

“Place is exceptional. The staff take long sometimes to answer your questions since they’re all busy and barely anyone to help. I was supposed to get a part and they promised me a date but it got delayed and I was honestly frustrated because there goes another day with my car sitting. It’s mainly a store for businesses who have accounts with them such as mechanics and auto shops, etc. But if you’re a random customer just trying to get something it’s allowed. The prices of parts aren’t that bad they’re pretty reasonable.”

“I use this BMW location as my primary go to for all services to my vehicle and am pleased with all services provided every time I receive my car back. I'd like to give special recognition to Chris Furbacher! He is an excellent service provider, who is always in constant communication with vehicle statuses, price quotes, and everything in regard to car care and service. And to top is all off, he is very personable which makes every experience i have had there pleasant and hassle free. I would highly recommend Park Ave Bmw in south Hackensack to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced and taken care of properly. Oh and the car washes after services great 👍🏾”
