“These people are awesome! I ordered a Ranger ladder rack from them. I ran into an issue with a part of the order not showing up. Leanne was quick to respond and get the proper package my way and it showed up the next day. I then picked up the wrong torque wrench and proceeded to break a welded bolt off. Leanne was again quick to respond and get a replacement part out to me ASAP! You seriously don't get customer service like this anymore. “Place is exceptional. The staff take long sometimes to answer your questions since they’re all busy and barely anyone to help. I was supposed to get a part and they promised me a date but it got delayed and I was honestly frustrated because there goes another day with my car sitting. It’s mainly a store for businesses who have accounts with them such as mechanics and auto shops, etc. But if you’re a random customer just trying to get something it’s allowed. The prices of parts aren’t that bad they’re pretty reasonable.”
