Now these guys know their stuff! Needed a tough part on a firetruck I was working on. Brought what was left of the old one. Because firetrucks are basically a hodge-podge of different parts, we couldn't just, "look it up." Would you believe they matched it off of what was left of the old part? They immediately understood the gravity of the situation and went right to it. The truck was back to work in two hours. This is it. From now on, this is my go to place! They take care of everything from resurfacing rotors and drums to hard to find parts. If not, they'll gladly point you in the right direction. The parking out front is an issue though. I guess employees park out front and there's no on street parking so that is a challenge, but the guys are great. Great experience and I'll definitely be here again.

One of their employees named bob gritto ran a red light and crashed into my car. He claimed that he was looking in his rearview bc he had a road rage incident and was looking at the other person. He immediately admitted fault, told the police and all the witnesses it was his fault obviously for running the red light. Later in the day, I call the company to confirm the insurance information and see how they wanted to proceed. A nice gentleman told me to call their parent company “united” and talk to a woman named Laura. I called and asked for Laura who immediately was very nasty to me, I felt something was off. I explained I needed to confirm the insurance info and bobs last name because he has ran a red light and hit my car. She cuts me off and says “they told me you ran the red light” - I said maam, bob admitted he ran the light, told the cops he wasn’t paying attention and ran the light and on top of that, there was a gas station attendant and two workers standing right there when the accident happened that confirmed my light had been green for 30 seconds and bobs light was clearly red. The kicker is that a nice gentleman behind me pulled over and gave me his dashcam footage which clearly shows bob at fault hitting my car. I asked Laura if she wanted me to send her the dashcam footage and/or the contact info of the witnesses/ 7-eleven which also had exterior cameras. She flippantly told me she didn’t want any of it and would wait for the police report. Please do not support a business like this.
