The worst people I have ever dealt with. Them people tried to take me money on a new phone that was on sale for 130 and they wanted to take me money for 250! Never never going back to them people. Shame on you people!

I don’t know what to say, so I’ll just say it. Last night, I went to this store because I was in trouble. I lost my phone and needed a new one ASAP. I told the lady that I needed a new phone because I lost my phone. She didn’t speak good English, so there was a little bit of a language barrier. I told her that I needed a new phone with the same number. I didn’t remember my PIN, so I couldn’t have the same number back, so I agreed to get a new number.
After that, there was a Moto phone with a pen that I liked, which I thought was within my budget because the sign said $25 with a new number. At checkout, she said it would be $325, way over my budget. I asked what was extra, and she said that the phone was $125, $50 for the plan, then there was the activation fee and the tax. I walked out of that store because I was telling her that the sign said $25 for the phone.
I went to a different store in the area. I got a phone with a case and a glass protector for $120 total, and he gave me a $60 plan even though I only paid $50 for the bill. The other guy was way more helpful than those people, and the store looked more professional than the first one.

DONT GO TO THIS BOOST MOBILE STOREI bought a new phone with my dad during my visit. I noticed that my phone didn't not come with a sim and I had to go to another location later on to get a sim and activate my phone. It was all fine and then yesterday night, my phone stopped working and I couldn't make or receive any service. I call to the store where I activated it and they tell me my account was hacked because before I lost service, I got a text saying my pin number was changed. I didn't change my pin. My dad today called the store where we bought the phone and the guy says we need to go to the store in order to activate my account. The worker CHANGED MY PIN NUMBER WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND HE TOOK MY NUMBER OUT OF PETTYNESS. NOW I think I need to get a new account, but it's not fair nor right.
