We were looking for a camel-colored blazer. We found a few in larger sizes than what we needed. No one asked to help us so we mosied on our way. Still, nice quality items, sometimes a bit high in price. Good for staples.

As someone who works in luxury I was disappointed. I came in to return a item purchased earlier in the week because it was see through. The gentleman assisting me was kind. However, the manager comes over and before I even left the counter then responds “I knew that was going happen, UNBELIEVABLE” I turned around and stared directly at her.

Dan and George were extremely helpful! I got 2 suits and 4 shirts. I really felt like Dan took the time to make sure I was comfortable in the clothes I was buying. George was able to assist with some of the computer system issues as well. Definitely coming back to the location for all my suit needs.

Do NOT shop here. I purchased 2 pairs of men’s pants about 2 weeks ago. After bringing them home I realized I’m not 58 years old and decided to return them. I paid $148 each pair. I went in not expecting a refund, but a store credit since I didn’t have the receipt. (Reasonable right?) the manager “ Myrna Garcia” said I have to give you the low price. She proceeded to give me a value of $38 per pair. $120 price reduction in 2 weeks? That’s ridiculous! Her co-worker turned to her and said “give him the current low price of $128 per pair” to which she said “no I have to give him the lowest price they were ever priced” this crazy woman gave me a Black Friday 1990 pre inflation price on these pants! What a shame, a store “manager” going out of her way to give me the least amount of money for pants made out or burlap and designed by Albert Einstein. BA HAMBUG LADY!Side note. Does anyone want a $78 gift card?

not on par with my expectations. Had to order a suit and shirts to be delivered to the store. Their supervisor inputted half of my mailing address and the stores city, state, zip code. Of course fedex could not figure out where to deliver it. As the receiver I could not update the address. Fortunately Mr. George Rosa was able to track down my items and correct the address. This delayed everything several days. I was given 10/13 for the suit to be ready and I would receive a text/ call when its ready. I explicitly stated when I started this whole process on the last week of September that I had a destination wedding to attend on the 15th of October. I am flying out today 10/14 without the suit.I would strongly suggest going to another Brooks Brothers store. I caught the error on the shipping, I had to contact the store to correct it. Time to pay, I had to request what and why I am being charged for. ( some alterations are included and some are not).

I enjoyed my experience here. Christine was especially helpful with explaining and recommending clothes. Great quality and nice deals too! For example, I like how they use supima cotton for their polo shirts, and you can get a significant discount and deals depending on how many you buy. I know that Brookes Brothers was having trouble and went bankrupt but it was acquired by Authentic Brands and hopefully it will be an upward trajectory from here!

Brooks Brothers has considerably gone downscale,but there are still clothes here that would have been worn on my 1957-1966 tv show. My problem is with unhelpful gentleman working here who is barely coherent and acts as if answering a question or searching for your size is a major imposition on his leisure time. With the madison ave flagship,where i shopped for many years,having closed, i was glad to find a Brooks Brothers store to shop at. But after my encounter with this "gentleman" I wont be returning. I will give Paul Stuart a try
