I needed to get my home espresso machine repaired and was very pleased to find this shop. They not only sell and service both home and commercial espresso setups but also offer a selection of coffee and possess a wealth of knowledge about all things coffee brewing, whether for commercial use or as a home hobby. My experience working with them was excellent. I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest. They efficiently fixed and descaled my machine for a fair price. I highly recommend their services.

I spoke to a gentleman regarding a Faema Enova espresso machine that wasn’t working. The initial encounter went seemingly well and I gave him all the pertinent information and he said he would get back to me. An entire week goes by and after calling them back several times and leaving a couple more voice mails, no correspondence whatsoever. I’m not sure if they’re extremely busy or simply just not interested anymore, but I have since called another company. Very bizarre experience.

I was recently in the market for a home espresso set up. After weeks of doing online research and wanting to test out machines in person, I found Action Coffee. I am so thankful I found this family-owned hidden gem right under my nose here in Bergen county. This was the place for me as I value good customer service. From the moment I called to see what machines they had in stock, Jim was nothing short of fantastic. He has a wealth of knowledge, is welcoming, passionate, but not pushy at all, and just an all around cool guy! When I went to check out the machine that I was interested in, I was greeted with an espresso. Jim had the machine all set up for me and walked me through how to use it. I ended up getting a Rancilio Silvia and Fiorenzato f4 Evo grinder as well as a bunch of goodies for my new set up. They also sell quality beans and supply many local cafes and restaurants. You must try their Black velvet blend. It’s excellent! I will definitely be coming back here for all of my coffee needs and recommend that all my family and friends do the same. Action coffee are espresso machine experts. They are certified technicians for Rancilio but they service all coffee machine brands. They did 2 repairs on my Rancilio silvia pro for a great price and it included a 6 month warranty. They are a very friendly and family oriented staff. Every time I visited the store they offered to make me coffee (which was awesome btw). And their coffee bean “black velvet” may be the best bean i’ve ever bought. Thank you George and Jim.

Action answers the phone, Action Listens, Action immediately looks to help. I needed a new espresso machine... unlike most companies ... Action discussed all of my wants and needs, then, proceeded to accompany me direct to manufacturers for a live demo, waited on my decision for two weeks while continuing to help me compare with other manufacturers I was considering.I am a business owner who prides itself on service first, amazed and lucky to have found a company with the same pride and beliefs.Action is this case is a very welcomed verb. thanks to Jim, George and Hope

We own a cafe in Bergen county for 6 years and have used Action Coffee from day one.The coffee is THE BEST AROUND I am spoiled now when I go out we can’t get a cup of coffee that tastes like theirs. The espresso is to die for as well my customers love my Cappuccino thanks ? George and the rest of the wonderful staff there for supplying us with an amazing product.
